  Worked with Mike Stevens ( the service manager) for in the service department getting my car serviced. He was very polite, honest, and thorough. I was exceptionally pleased with his whole manner and way of explaining the remedies to fix issues with my car so I could understand them . I will be sure to use Reynold’s again.

  ★★★★★ We live several hours away from Reynolds Subaru in Orange, VA, but they had a used 2023 Subaru Ascent that was exactly what we were looking for. The distance could have made the buying process difficult, but Jacob in sales made the entire experience incredibly easy. Jacob was extremely helpful answering all of my questions about the vehicle and even made several trips out to the car to take specific photos for me. When we arrived to purchase it, the vehicle was exactly as Jacob had described it—no surprises. I work in a customer service field, so I’m always paying attention to what the customer experience is like at the businesses I visit. Reynolds Subaru absolutely nailed it. From the moment I first spoke with Jacob, I knew this dealership was different from the experiences I’ve had at many other dealerships. Ed in finance was also very helpful and made getting all of the paperwork and documents taken care of a smooth process. The only downside is that Reynolds Subaru isn’t closer to our hometown! If you’re in the Orange, VA area and looking for a vehicle, this is definitely the dealership I would recommend. Consider yourself lucky to have a dealership of this caliber in your neighborhood. Thank you to Jacob, Ed, and the entire Reynolds Subaru team for making our long-distance purchase such a great experience!

  From contacting the dealership to schedule a test drive to driving off the lot with my brand new car it was awesome. Everyone i came in contact with was so friendly and knowledgeable. Each took the time to answer my questions and explain each step of the process. They even found me an additional discount I didnt know I qualified for based on my employer. I have been a Reynolds customer for a while now and I know there exceptional service didn't end when I drove off the lot. Their service department is also top notch and I know they will take care of me moving forward. Highly recommend!

  Once again, Reynolds Subaru came through for us when we needed them most. Terri (sales) and Lynn (finance) helped us find a better than imagined opportunity for a Certified Pre-Owned 2026 Subaru Crosstrek, at a price point and with a financing deal that competitors would be hard prsssed to beat. They also helped us get a solid trade-in value, and went above and beyond with making sure we could stay on the road through thus transition. This is our 4th new vehicle purchase with Reynolds since 2010, and there's a reason we always start (and end) here. The customer service, and the prices, are second to none. Big thanks to Terri for all of her help with the sake and trade in, to Lynn for shepherding us through the financing and warranty options, and to Logan (sales manager) for ensuring we could get this deal across the finish line.

  Exceptional customer service! I am new to the area and had an emergency with the battery in my car. The dealerships in my area weren't able to accept my maintenance plan and I was in a tough spot especially since it was already later in the day. Reynolds was the only dealership that responded to my call in a timely manner and gave me a helping hand and accepted my maintenance plan. The service department was helpful throughout the process and their rental department also did an excellent job as well. It is almost an hour drive for me but it was worth the drive and will have no problem returning for future service.
