  Great experience as always. Communication throughout the day from my advisors, Tommy and John, even had a check in from Darcey, the Service Manager. I had a couple questions about the repair and Chris Stonecipher explained how the leaks could happen. Very pleased with how thorough these guys are. Thank you Dale Walter for the excellent repair!!

  Simple, Lynn Frye rocks. Fast, friendly, informative. She work hard for my wife and. That goes miles in my book of Trust. Jermaine and Lynn both worked in tandem to make sure my wife and I found the car we wanted. I’ll in return recommend them to anyone that wants the best possible experience in car shopping.   Couldn't ask for a better, more respectful car shopping experience than we had at Reynolds Subaru. We test-drove different vehicles with Yuval, and he guided us through all the features very effectively without being overly technical or talking down to us (common experiences at other dealerships). We had plenty of time for the test-drive and never felt rushed. Everyone we met on the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We talked through the different financing options unique to our situation, which was super helpful. They were also very transparent with pricing out the quote. We fact-checked all the details, including the value for used models, and everything checked out. I had multiple friends tell me they'd bought their Subarus from Reynolds and been really happy, and I sure can see why. Highly recommend!
