  A friend of mine regularly picks up vehicles from this location for a few days to a week at a time and the manager here is always professional and accommodating. If you need a larger vehicle, however, I would suggest booking with a different location. This one is pretty small and didn't have the seven-seater I reserved months ago, and I didn't find out until I arrived for pickup since the gentleman who was filling in yesterday never called to inform me. When I arrived and he tried to put me in an Equinox, I was told that I would need to go elsewhere for what I actually booked so now I'm just stuck hoping that another location (the nearest being an hour away) has the appropriate size. He made no attempts to transfer my reservation, and even though he was filling in from a different store, there was apparently no communication ot questions about what was needed at the store he was filling in for. Not very happy with this reservation, and will be looking at different options for rental services if I need something large again in the future, since Enterprise as a company apparently doesn't know how, or simply doesn't bother trying, to transfer vehicles from one location to another when needed for months-in-advance bookings.

  I give Orange county Enterprise Rent-A-Car a zero. I do not recommend to rent a car from them. They are overwhelmed and do not know what's going on and their own department. They are very mean talking and not very considerate to their customers. The manager there needs to take classes on how to deal with customers. Go to Hertz. I do not recommend to deal with this company. So now I went to the site that Drew posted below and that's a joke. Spoke with 3 different people. They cut you off. I have my claim numbers and ready to put in a complaint.
