  The only reason to give this a one star is because of the employee Cody. He was extremely rude to me for no reason.... I wAs in a car accident which was not fault. An after reserving a car through my insurance I went to pick said car up and the size of the car was a bit small for myself and my family. I asked Cody how to possibly get an upgrade and he very rudely inform me that my insurance needed to take care of the situation so I then reached out to my insurance which is State farm absolutely amazing insurance by the way and they upgraded me to a full size sedan which still the car that was offered it wasn't quite big enough which I wasn't trying to be picky I'm just trying to ensure that my children have enough room on 510 my fiance 5 10 and when you have to sit in the driver seat in the passenger seat without being crammed into the dashboard you know you want to ensure that your kids have room too so upon trying to figure out how to go about getting a compact SUV or maybe a van to be able to fit me and my family comfortably I was trying to speak to Cody about it who was the only person there that was able to help me and he was so rude and again told me that my insurance needed to take care of it but at that time I had my insurance provider on the phone and they told me that Enterprise was responsible for calling the claims department and setting up away for me to get an upgrade for my car. Cody then very rudely again told me that it was my my responsibility to reach out to my insurance so while being on the phone with my insurance provider they tried to call Enterprise three times and all three times that State farm called Enterprise Cody put them automatically on hold and left the claims department on hold for I think we were on hold for 30 minutes and never got back on the phone and then later that day I I had to end up calling other enterprises within a 40 mile radius to be able to go pick up my car and trade in the car that I was already reserved with and when we tried to do it with Cody once again at 2:00 p.m. mind you he very rudely explained to me that yes he did have a full size sedan and compact SUVs but they were reserved to other people which I didn't have a problem with but he told the claims agent that he had one available for me so when I called to get this car like I said he told me yes he does have cars but I'm not getting one and that I had to wait until the next day and I tried to explain to him that that was fine that I just needed him to move my reservation to a different Enterprise or help me find a car at a different Enterprise because I couldn't wait until the next day due to my job because I'm on a point system and after trying to figure all of this out Cody just was very unreasonably hard to work with and made this a very hard experience.

  This Norton, Va location is top shelf! Ryan and Cody always treat us royally, and with humor and professionalism. They remember us and make us feel so valued. As a big guy, Cody goes out of his way to make sure I am comfortable in the rental before leaving. We are always given assistance with the new tech features to make our trip safe and fun. My wife and I really appreciate the attention to detail and the speed in which we get to check in and return.

  Don’t be a minute late for what your reservation is set for. I’ve rented from this location numerous times and my number was on my reservation but when I showed up to pick it up they had gave my car to someone else. They will call if I keep a car 10 minutes longer than what it’s booked for but won’t call to see if I’m coming to pick it up when I had a reservation. Told me the earliest they would have one is 4 days after my reservation even though there was 2 sitting on the lot. They didn’t care to give my car to somebody else but couldn’t give me one on the lot!

  Cody at the Enterprise in Norton, Virginia, went above and beyond his duties to find me a rental, so I could give my son that awesome 5 year old birthday party every child wants to have. He definitely put in the work and made it happen! Thank you, Cody! You're awesome man!
