  I had an amazing experience buying my car from Ty! From start to finish, he was incredibly understanding, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and truly worked hard to help me get the best deal possible. What stood out the most was how genuine and supportive he was — he never made me feel pressured and always made sure I was comfortable with every step. Buying a car can be stressful, but Ty made the experience smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable.   Matt and Andrew were an absolute pleasure to work with during the sale of my vehicle. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. They made the entire process feel smooth and straightforward, which took a lot of the usual stress out of selling a car. They were respectful of my time, clear about everything, and handled the transaction in a very organized and efficient way. It’s not always easy dealing with these kinds of transactions, but Matt and Andrew made it genuinely simple and hassle-free. I would highly recommend working with them to anyone, they’re great to deal with and truly stand out for their professionalism and kindness.

  There are many reasons that I feel this dealership deserves 5 Stars, but then I would write an essay. Getting into contact with a salesman was extremely easy. I worked with Alex Gomez: he was very helpful when I walked through the door and knowledgeable about the vehicle my family wanted. Alex was very thorough in explaining the steps to expect along the way. He also made helpful suggestions to help me be more proactive as we approached the next steps in the buying process. I had minor concerns about the vehicle I purchased and he assured me that the Strosnider Team would handle it: and they did! I have car seats that needed to be transferred from my previous vehicle into the new one and Alex as well as Kevin were absolutely kind with helping me! That truly meant a lot especially when dealing with children at a dealership. Also, the Strosnider Team treated my child with incredible kindness and provided my child with crayons and other items to keep focused on. I appreciated that everyone being so kid-friendly because I wasn’t prepared in that department at all. I haven’t had a poor experience at a dealership ever, however, I can sincerely say that the Strosnider dealership has truly set the standard for incredible customer service all around! If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend giving this dealership the opportunity to serve you and your family! (Also) They are military friendly, if you’re a military family in need of a vehicle, they’re absolutely capable of helping you with keeping your out of state plates or simply helping you to get VA plates. Alex was incredible and I truly truly felt heard and valued! Thank you Strosnider Chevrolet!
