  Candy was absolutely amazing to work with! She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole car-buying experience easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and wants to help them find the right vehicle. I would definitely recommend Candy to anyone looking to buy a car.   Shout out to Clarence Logan at Strosnider Chevrolet! We dropped by on our way to Pearson Toyota to look at RAV4s this morning. I spotted a black RAV4 on the lot and Clarence offered to show the RAV4s they had on the lot to us. Great personality, very helpful, and serious about making us a customer. We ultimately made a great deal, saved a trip to Richmond and bought that black 2021 RAV4! Terrific job by all at Strosnider. Clarence, Shaun, and Tristan made a great team and addressed all of my questions and concerns. We all came away happy today!

  I got my car brand new. Now, a year later the transmission is gone in it. It has been in the garage service dept at Strosnider for over a month. I'm not able to find out what caused this, when the parts will be in, or an ETA of when it will be fixed because all Strosnider seem to be staff that is handling this are behaving put out by this and not giving updates or returning calls. This is very poor business antics and they won't be getting our business again. Additionally, the response below regarding parts being on national backorder is a surprise to me. Strosnider has not mentioned anything about back ordered parts so I believe this is a feeble attempt on there end to save face. This is disheartening. They e lost a lot of integrity with me now.

  I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Ty Crowder and Craig Woodlief and the entire team at Strosnider Chevrolet in Hopewell! ❤️ My sister came in feeling like there was no way she was going to be able to get into another vehicle. She was stressed and honestly thought she was going to leave without a car. But Ty Crowder was AMAZING! He was patient, kind, understanding, and truly took the time to help her. He never made her feel like she was just another customer. He worked with her, answered all of our questions, and helped make something we thought was impossible happen. 🙏🏽 And I also want to give a BIG thank you to Craig Woodlief! He was amazing as well and really finished everything off just right. He made sure everything was taken care of and helped make the whole experience a great one. Everyone we came across at the dealership was so nice, welcoming, and helpful. What started out as a stressful situation ended with my sister driving away in a vehicle! 🎉🚗❤️ Thank you Ty Crowder, Craig Woodlief, and the entire Strosnider Chevrolet team for treating my sister with kindness, patience, and respect.
