  I purchased a car today , with the help of Marissa it was so easy and stress free. I reached out to Marissa a couple weeks ago told her exactly what I was looking for and she found just that. While doing the whole buying process she made sure to answer any questions I had , as a mom of two she also made it an easy process with both kids being present. Blaine was also a pleasure to work it with it came to doing the finance part.

  I purchased a truck yesterday, have been looking for the perfect fit for months and with the help of Jessica Compton I found it! She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. To the owner of this dealership, surrounding yourself with likeminded employees who have the same goals of success for your business are the only way your business grows, Jessica is certainly one of those people, you sold a truck yesterday because of her work ethic and for no other reason and she deserves to be commended for that.   First thing this is the first dealership I have ever worked with that doesn't hide the numbers and gives you the out the door price. Big thank you to Taylor Ham for recommending a vehicle I wasn't even looking at to begin with. She went above and beyond to find out what I was looking for and liked....showed me those vehicles but asked to check out one more vehicle she thought I would like....turns out she was right. Also big thanks to Matt for making the process of trading in and funding a new vehicle a painless and seemless transition. Jessica thank you for explaining things amd made sure I was aware of everything Strosnider had to offer me as well as helping me find a new dealership to service my vehicles. Definitely can't forget Tristan who is a whiz at finance and made sure I was in and out without feeling rushed knowing how stressful financing a vehicle can be. All in all top tier people that I would recommend to anyone locally and if you are shopping online Taylor and Jessica are definitely worth taking the time to talk to!

  Scheduled my work vehicle for some transmission work. Was expecting it to take some time. They didn't test drive it until 2 days after my scheduled appointment. Told me the parts would be in the middle of next week. I didn't get my truck back for over a month. Updates were sparse and I had to call to get them or even drive down there. Sometimes. Phone calls were not being returned. This is a fleet vehicle and all maintenance gets paid for by the fleet service. If something needs to get done they will pay for it. Apparently sometime during my service time my van indicated that it needed an oil change. They could have done this and had the fleet service pay for it. They had the van for over a month. When it was finished I had to call to find out. And it had been finished for over a day when I called. I don't know what's going on with dealerships lately but every Chevy dealership in the area acts the same way.
