- AMAlaysia MillerAug 26, 20263.0I give it a 3 because I did the buy 4 new tires, get free alignment, oil change and wipers for free deal. I got all of this for under $600 and that is a great deal. However, they scraped my rims all up on all of my tires. I don’t think they really knew how yo remove the rims from the tires and all 4 of my rims are scraped up horribly now. Other than that I have no complaints thus far but I am very upset about my rims. P.S. the picture does not show the extent of the scrapes, it looks a lot worse in person.

I bought the 4 tire package from them and returned periodically for the tire rotation. I noticed there was some uneven tire wear and asked would it be covered under the warranty. Of course it was a "No" due to an alignment issue. I explained that I was never informed of the uneven wear at any of my appointments. I would've gotten another alignment with them ASAP. The young lady at the front desk was quite dismissive repeating that they couldn't control what the manufacturer does. My answer to her was yeah, but you can control what you do. I would've had no issue going back to them for other repairs. I wasnt asking for free tires but a little consideration after some lackluster follow up and customer service wouldve gone a long way. Customer lost.
