  Van was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Had an issue with not being able to return van on Sunday, had to pay an extra day rental.

  Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Enterprise. I reserved a minivan well in advance, only to receive a call one hour before pickup telling me they didn’t actually have one available. I was told the minivan that was supposed to be returned had its rental extended. They offered me a Chevy Traverse instead, which has fewer seats and, in my opinion, was clearly not an equivalent replacement for what I had specifically reserved. What made the situation even more frustrating was the manager trying to convince me that the two vehicles were essentially the same value. When I challenged that, his response was, “Oh, it’s because you’re reserving through Costco.” Although both prices i got are thru costco so that didn’t make any sense. That was extremely disappointing. If Enterprise accepts a reservation, I expect them to make a reasonable effort to honor it or provide an equivalent or better replacement—not leave the customer scrambling an hour before pickup. They knew they had a problem, but did nothing meaningful to fix it. There were more excuses than customer service. This situation seriously disrupted and ruined my trip plans, because I had no time left to make alternative arrangements. Very disappointing, very unprofessional, and definitely not the level of customer service I expected from Enterprise.

  Don't even think about making a reservation at this location; the service is terrible. I’ve done it twice, and both times were awful experiences. The first time, I rented a car but they didn't have one available; I had to rent an SUV at three times the price—and the worst part was that there were plenty of cars in stock. Today, Augus 8, 2026, it was even worse: I arrived with a reservation made three days prior, and they told me they couldn't give me the rental SUV because the booking said 2:00 PM and it was already 5:00 PM. When I showed them the email confirming the reservation was for 5:30 PM, the agent simply cancelled it right there on her laptop. Bottom line: Enterprise is absolute garbage.
