  Great Car Wash! Get the best, $40 unlimited washes per month. It is worth it. Your car will look great! Free vacuums, window cleaner, and cleaner with microfiber rags. The best time is 8 AM To 11 AM. It is easy to get in and out in the morning. Play the arcade to earn discounts. I usually save $10 from playing the arcade.

  Always enjoy coming to this location. Decided to go for a membership today and was helped efficiently by a gentleman I believe was named Justin. Vacuums, towels and window/ all purpose spray was also provided in the lot. Super glad I decided to sign up.

  Stopped by for a quick wash, close to home. One car in front of me in the non-member lane, apparently having an in-depth conversation about options. The whole time only one other car went through the members lane. Almost 10 minutes later and attendant still talking over options, I tried the members lane. Screen was up, option visible…but the options were all locked out!! Seriously?? If you’re going to take extra time to try to upsell every non-member customer in the line, at least have another lane available for those of us that know what we want so we can use the self-serve option. This has been an issue ever since you put an attendant at the pay box so you can be greedy and try to upsell customers. 3 car home here - we’re all happy now to drive just a little bit farther for better, quicker, less overtly greedy service. Don’t write me asking me to contact you…you’ve wasted enough of my time.

  I have been coming to this location for YEARS, I put my Mom onto it as well. Recently both me and My Mom have been having complaints about how poorly the vacuums are working. I thought it was just at the vacuum I was parked at, but I have been to the car wash a couple times since then and have used different vacuums with the same results. My Mom just told me that she has also had problems with the cleaner bottles either not being full or not being there at all. We will be canceling our memberships for this month and looking for another car wash. Unless they fix their vacuums I don't recommend going to this car wash.

  I come to the little creek road location in norfolk 2 or 3 times a week. Theres a young man there named Robert, Blond head young man. Every single time I come there, he consistently pays attention and helps me.. I had no idea about the carpet cleaner machine. I could've been using it all along but he suggested it. He seems to enjoy his job.. thats a big deal through the eyes of a customer.. Upper management needs to keep an eye on the guy.. Hes a staple and represents your company well.. Great job Robert!!
