- TPTaniesha PierceMay 4, 20262.0I have been coming to this location for YEARS, I put my Mom onto it as well. Recently both me and My Mom have been having complaints about how poorly the vacuums are working. I thought it was just at the vacuum I was parked at, but I have been to the car wash a couple times since then and have used different vacuums with the same results. My Mom just told me that she has also had problems with the cleaner bottles either not being full or not being there at all. We will be canceling our memberships for this month and looking for another car wash. Unless they fix their vacuums I don't recommend going to this car wash.

Every single time I come there, he consistently pays attention and helps me.. I had no idea about the carpet cleaner machine. I could've been using it all along but he suggested it. He seems to enjoy his job.. thats a big deal through the eyes of a customer.. Upper management needs to keep an eye on the guy.. Hes a staple and represents your company well.. Great job Robert!!

The damage appeared immediately after visits, which makes the pattern hard to ignore. I reported each incident to the manager right away, but responsibility was denied every time. That response is disappointing, especially given the consistency across multiple vehicles. While I appreciated the convenience and cleaning supplies, windshield chips can quickly turn into costly cracks if not addressed. Because of this, I’ve canceled my membership. I strongly recommend customers inspect their windshields after each wash.
