  Amazing from start to finish! Every team member was so helpful and took time to explain everything to me! Car wash was soft cloth that I was looking for. Tequon helped me with the app and gave me pointers to give me the best experience. I have never been treated so special from any car wash! So glad I joined!

  Tequan and Marques made sure we were absolutely satisfied with our wash and made adding another vehicle to our account super simple. They even gave us a complimentary interior cleaning kit!🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

  Best car wash in the area for sure quality-wise and customer service wise as well. Marques was very helpful and friendly. He helped me with the detailing kit dispenser which by the way is such an amazing thing to just have at the ready there. Would and will return. Would and will recommend

  I visited your car wash location yesterday to use a complimentary wash coupon that was sent to my address. Unfortunately, after the wash was completed, I noticed damage to my vehicle that was not present beforehand. There are scratches on both sides of the car near the rear passenger doors, as well as a significant scratch on the front of my vehicle. This is especially concerning as my car is new, and I take great care in maintaining it. I had been considering signing up for your monthly car wash membership, but after this experience and the damage caused, I’ve decided not to move forward with that option. I would like to understand what steps you can take to address and repair the damage to my vehicle’s paint and the front area. Please let me know how you would like to proceed in resolving this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. I got a response and they denied that it was from their car wash. They said it should have been reported the same day it happened. How would I have noticed it when I didn’t use the vacuum since all the vacuums were occupied I noticed it when I went home, but didn’t send the pictures right away. They said it didn’t happen from their car wash. I will never go to this car wash again. They said it probably happened when I went home from their car wash.
