  We have used Tire Choice for a few years and most recently this past week for an inspection. We've had multiple services completed over the years, the staff is always nice and responsive, and the price is fair. This is our local go-to place for our auto needs.

  I called Sunday night to book an appointment for an oil change. They told me to bring it in at 7:30 am on Monday and had me book the appointment. I asked on Sunday how long it would take, and when I could expect to leave since I had to be at work Monday morning, and they told me 45 minutes to an hour so I would be done by 8:30 - 8:45. When I came in on Monday, I got there at 7:30 sharp and immediately checked in. I asked again at the desk how long it would take and when I could expect to be out of there, and they told me again 8:30 - 8:45. At 8:30 I noticed my car was still where I parked it, so I asked for an update. The guy came back 10 minutes later and said the mechanic was just now leaving to pull my car into the shop. At that point, I was going to be late for work so I had him just give me my keys. He was not apologetic and didn't seem to care that I just sat in the lobby for an entire hour while nobody even touched my car. I was super stressed out about my car and hoping they could help but left feeling very frustrated and stressed!

  I appreciated the quick response, willingness, professionalism, and reasonable price to fix an unexpected flat. The gentleman doing the intake was professional and set appropriate expectations for cost and timing of the repair. Excellent service.

  Awful experience. Came in for wheel alignment appointment (car pulls to the right). 1-1/2 hrs. Car still pulled to right as I drove home after work was supposedly done. Made appointment to have alignment re-done, under 90-day warranty. Despite having an appointment, after waiting FOUR HOURS they had not yet even begun to work on it. So, I had to pick up the car and reschedule yet another appointment. "Sorry, we've been busy and we may not be able to get to it until the end of the day." 4 hrs. Being very frustrated, I asked when was the best time for an appointment so that I could get in and out most quickly. At service manager's suggestion, I made an appointment for early on a Sunday morning, even though that was highly inconvenient for me. On that Sunday, I was the first car in. Still, I waited 3-1/2 hours in the waiting room until I looked into the shop area noticed that no one in the shop was working on any car! I told the manager that I saw no one in the shop, and said, "they better not be taking a lunch break now, while I'm still sitting here!" He we into the shop, didn't see anyone, then after a couple minutes found the one mechanic who was on the premises and talked to him. About 5 minutes later, the manager sheepishly reported to me that the mechanic said the car already appears to be perfectly aligned (having made no adjustments during the 3-1/2 hours i was patiently waiting g in the lobby), and there'snothing he can do. The manager then gave me the key to my car and that was that. As I drove away, sure enough, when I let go of the steering wheel the car immediately drifted to the right. Today I took my car to Firestone. Paid another $180 for wheel alignment, waited about 1 hour... and the car no longer drifts into the next lane!!! Norfolk VA
