  They do decent work, and the staff are all really friendly, but they are SOOOOO SLOW!! I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now out of habit, but every time I come it takes hours for even the simplest work. Once I needed a single tire replaced. I was told they weren’t busy and could have it done in an hour. I finally left SIX HOURS LATER!! And even then they hadn’t completed the work and I had turn right around and have them reset the pressure sensors. As I write this I’m sitting in the waiting room waiting for an oil change. I have as told it would take 1.5 hours. It’s been 3 and they just now pulled my car back. I hate having to find a new mechanic, but I think the time has come. I won’t be coming back here any more.

  Great experience here. Was taken care of with new tires and great service. My used car has never driven this smooth

  My tire pressure light came on while I was getting ready to travel to Northern Virginia (3 hrs). I drove straight to Tire Choice Auto and asked if someone could check my tire. There were a few people ahead of me, but they got me in and out quickly. I would definitely return for any tire needs.

  The advisors were kind but the service was lazy at best. Don't go here if you have a service fleet vehicle. They will put your service off.

  I reposted my review because I forgot to explain. I had an appointment at 11, and they told me the waiting time to fix my tire was half an hour. I was there at 10:30 and dropped off my car. They said it would take 1.5 hours to fix the car because they were short-staffed and someone called out! I was like, OK! Then in 30 mins, they called me and said we have to keep your car until Monday because we don't have your tire in our stock! I was like! Oh, I can smell something is wrong here!! I told them my car is there to fix and repair the tire; it's a really simple job (Car tire puncture repair), and the gentleman on the phone said, " Sorry, my bad/fault! I was waiting until 3 pm!!! And then they told me the tire is not fixable because the damage is on the side!!! And I was like, give me my car back if you can't! They told me we can't because the tire is flat!!! I said when I dropped off my car, the tire wasn't flat!! So give my car back like when I dropped it off! They said we can't fix it!!! I asked them to put my spare tire on! I was waiting for 45 more minutes for that. My guess is they tried to keep my car and kill my other options! So, they will be my only option! And they can SELL me whatever they want! Even I'm not sure the mechanic was really a specialist and knew his job! Finally, I found a way to run away from them!!! I went to other tire stores; a really great person fixed my tire in only 10 minutes! I'm working at a dealership, and if you don't believe my post that it wasn't on the side, please check the picture! They charged me for two tires! I didn't argue because I just wanted to run away from that place! Nightmare!
