- JDJames DecAug 24, 20261.0I contacted a salesman named (Michael) via FB market place at 0900am on a vehicle he posted. He confirmed it was available. Then we made arrangements for me to see and or buy the vehicle at 3:30pm. I had cash in hand. Without contacting me a few hours later to take a deposit, he sold the SUV right out from underneath me before I got there. As a 100% disabled veteran I was counting on this reliable transportation. I expected a professional person and got someone who had no consideration for doing what's right or for others.

They rig up old vehicles enough to drive off the lot and charge way more than any of those cars are worth. None of their mechanics seem qualified, so the spin you with “fixing” the problem each time you have to bring it in which should not be the case if only having the car for a few months. I am looking to reach out to seek legal action because they are truly robbing us for those lemons they’re selling, that’s exactly why any and everyone gets approved. You’d have better luck purchasing a car from Matilda’s dad than The Auto Connection!!
