    I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Auto Connection. I’ve had my car for less than two years and already had to replace the engine TWICE. Now I’m being told I need a THIRD engine replacement that will cost another $2,000 — with barely any explanation or accountability from the dealership or service department. Meanwhile, I’m paying almost $600 a month for a 10-year-old vehicle. The entire situation feels extremely unfair and financially draining. Customer service has also been incredibly disappointing. Communication is poor, calls are rarely returned, and getting clear answers about what’s actually wrong with the vehicle has been nearly impossible. Every time I’ve dealt with the service department, I’ve been met with rude attitudes, dismissive responses, and a complete lack of empathy or urgency. On top of that, the payment practices feel predatory. If you fall behind, they disable the vehicle, yet they continue selling unreliable cars at extremely high monthly payments. I understand cars can have issues, but needing three engines in under two years while paying this much money is unacceptable. I would never recommend this dealership based on my experience.

    This car dealership is an scam I've had it for just now 6 months and ive had to get it repaired multiple times and now I've been told their over chargering me for a 2014 jeep compass 21,000 when it's only worth between 6-8000 don't get a car from here you will regret it and I'm taking them to court lemon is what I've been sold, Ashamed.
