  I have been trying for over a week to get a situation rectified the vehicle that I rented was returned on time,. The keys were left in the dropbox, as instructed by the garage attendant however they were not checked in until the next morning And the company has charged me for an additional day of rental, even though I sent pictures and videos of me dropping the car off on time more than 15 minutes before the return time this was my first experience with this rental car company and extremely extremely disappointing. I have supplied them with video pictures communicated via WhatsApp chat email several times and they insist on me paying for an additional day even though they have what I sent they have this exact same information at this facility. I know there is video footage of vehicles coming in and out that facility. I know this video footage of people dropping keys into the dropbox that’s just big brother everywhere so why are they attempting to charge me for an additional day? I was on a flight from Miami to Jacksonville during the time that they said the vehicle was returned. So very disappointed in this entire experience unfortunately, this review does not allow me to attach video confirmation. However, the facility has all of that they should not once I said I returned the vehicle when I returned the vehicle. They should’ve just pulled their own video footage to confirm not harass me for over a week to continue to send information that they already have and then still attempt to say your pictures are dated this day. If this is the date that I’m sending them that’s the date that’s gonna be on them. That’s common sense I even walked past the counter. I’ve never dealt with this company before so I wasn’t until I got into the airport and that I saw that they had an actual counter. I actually walked past the counter with my daughter before 10:30 PM. The length that they are going to in an attempt to keep my money is sad but I am not going away! I purchased gas at five minutes away from the airport on the day that I returned the vehicle, which is August 19. Additionally, I was on a flight from Miami to Jacksonville on August 20 at the time that they claim I returned the vehicle. UPDATE: no update! Although the company responded to my post that they would look into the situation and get back, a week later and nothing! I’ll keep posting updates here to give tem an opportunity to rectify the situation but looks like I will have to go through my credit card company because a week is more than enough to at least reach out to me directly.

  Cyndi was at the counter to help me get my keys and also when I returned them. Can we get this girl a raise?!? She was so friendly and easy to deal with, if only all customer service was as awesome as Cyndi’s!

  They charged me twice and said my charges would drop. They didnt. It was $345.00. The assistant manager at the Norfolk airport (white guy)told a new employee, thin, tall black man, after this new employee had questioned why he was charging me when I had already paid online. He gave us both a dumb answer and he said that because they didnt have a vehicle for me in the morning that those charges would drop. For a second, I thought they were a good company because they had vehicles and they were clean. If they hadn't charged me when they weren't supposed to then they would have received 5 stars. Now am not sure where to go because Enterprise and Hertz are not any better.

  We have the worst experience with renting a car at Norfolk, VA, US. The car key went dead after a few days. We called and after one hour discussion they asked either to fix the car key ourselves (but did not reassure that this would be ok or paid) or find a way to drive back to the airport to take another car. When we told them that they should fix the key or bring another car where we are they said there would be additional cost, because it was not in the contract. How this could be in the contract? Did we rent a car so as not to move? Isn't their responsibility for the key to work?! I am furious with their client service. No logic, no integrity, no reliability. And finally no star is worth - I choose one because it i obligatory to post this review.

  I rented out a vehicle and when I got there, there was no inventory. The agent didn’t even bother to cancel and give me my money back and acted like it was my fault that they don’t have inventory since it was under 24 hours. I tried calling before my pick up and they don’t answer their phone but when I got there they were just chit chatting. I had to call their corporate representative to get my money reimbursed. Such a waste of time. They don’t call to say they don’t have inventory.
