  More like Suxt. From the vacated counter at the airport to the vehicle that wouldn’t start to the ineffective and ill-equipped customer service, never again.

  Rented a car. Got confirmation on e-mail that the car was reserved for me, but when I arrived, I was told that there was no available car for me, but maybe later I the evening if i were lucky. Made me wait for 30-45 minutes and then told me that I could pay 700 usd extra for an upgrade which was available. I was able to argue my way down to 200 usd extra for the upgrade and then just accepted it because I would be stranded otherwise. So, they pressured me to pay extra for an upgrade I didn’t ask for, because they didn’t have the car which I got confirmation on was reserved for me! I am shocked that such a big international company would scam their customers in such an obvious manner. They did reach out to me about 5 days ago, and asked for my phone number to hopefully find a solution. I replied the same day, but I never heard from them again. So, this actually just made the whole thing worse!

  My flight came in early, my reservation wouldnt have been ready until another hour. But luckily for me I had the pleasure of dealing with one of their best staff Amanda. She was professional and did everything she could to accommodate me. Thank you Amanda !!

  I had a terrible day traveling, got in 9 hours late. I reserved the car way ahead of time, did the online check-in, entered my flight number so they would hold the car. Went to the counter, no car. Writing this from an Uber, which I will now need to use for the entire trip. This is the first time I have tried to use Sixt and will be the last

  First thing I noticed was that you had Cindys full attention. She made me feel like I was home away from home. Very friendly, joyful, beautiful soul. She was amazing and genuine. You don't get that service anymore. I hope nothing but the best for her. The crew outside was very friendly as well and aware of what was going on. You felt like apart of the family. I highly recommend this car rental place.
