  I rent cars all the time. Believe me when I tell you renting from this company was the worst mistake that I have made. The only good thing about this company is the young lady at the desk named Theresa from Norfolk international airport, she was very nice and kind.... Arrived at the airport on a Thursday to pick up the rental car and there was no line Everyone else had a line to pick up their cars... i was in and out in no time. Could not take pictures of the suv at that point, Because it was dark in the garage, but I did walk around the suv to Make sure no dents. Came straight home, parked the car and in the morning. I decided to take pictures of the car before I get on the road. Took really good pictures of the suv. Drove the SUV to my destination, parked it in the garage and I took a Uber around in the city for that weekend.

  SIXT is very good company. Customer Service is through the roof. They get you in and out with ease. Excellence choice of vehicles and a great group to work with. Love them.

  The car was reliable. What was not, however, was the EZ Pass transponder we paid an extra $100 for. We had to pay for a couple tolls out of pocket, paying an extra $33 on top of the $100. Sixt said no problem, we'd be reimbursed for the out of pocket expenses. This was not the case however, when we called and emailed about this issue, we received no response. Go with a more reputable company for sure!

  Never again get to the counter they don't have the car I reserved tried to charge me 150.00 more or wait until a car comes in never again. Never had this problem with any other rental company.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Every experience I’ve had with SIXT has been top-tier, but what truly sets this location apart is the people—specifically Jeremy and Cyndi. From the moment I walk in, I’m treated like a VIP every single time. The professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care they show is rare these days. They don’t just “process a rental”—they make sure I’m taken care of, comfortable, and set up with exactly what I need (and sometimes even better). What stands out the most is that this level of service is completely genuine. They didn’t know anything about me or what I do—they simply treated me with respect, kindness, and excellence from the heart. They gave me the DJ T-Dubb treatment but it was Terrence they were treating so well. That says everything about their character and their commitment to customer service. Jeremy and Cyndi consistently go above and beyond, and because of them, I won’t rent from anywhere else. If you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free, and truly premium rental experience, this is the place—and they are the reason why. Highly, highly recommended.
