I think this was the best customer service I’ve been given ever. The owner and his staff went so far above and beyond to get my daughter’s car paid for and taken care of. Not only is their service and their repairs high-quality, but the customer service is as well.

They delete bad reviews and The fact that this isn’t even the email address I used with your business, yet you’re claiming I’m “not in your database,” tells people everything they need to know. If you can’t even locate my information because you’re searching the wrong email, maybe accusing someone of making a “baseless” claim and calling it “defamatory” isn’t the move. Your response is doing more damage to your credibility than my review ever could.
Audrey was amazing when I asked a question she had the answer an helped me understand something I didn’t know before.. The service here is great I was only there for 20 mins when I came to get my state inspection an the owner of this business he is very knowledgeable about a lot an was so respectful

AVOID THIS MECHANIC SHOP!!!🚨🚨🚨
I want to make it clear that ownership of Princess Automotive changed a little over a year ago. Because of that, I don't believe reviews from before the ownership change accurately reflect the current business or my experience with the current ownership. The business may have been a great establishment under the previous ownership, but my experience with the current ownership has been completely different.
I brought my vehicle in for repairs and it was kept for over a month. I paid approximately $6,000 for the work. Despite the amount of money I spent and the time the vehicle was in their possession, I got the car back with the same issues I originally brought it in for. New parts had been installed, but the underlying problems were still there. Ultimately, I had no choice but to scrap the vehicle.
In my opinion, the mechanic's work was incompetent, and I feel I paid a substantial amount of money without receiving the repairs I was promised.
Unfortunately, my experience didn't end there. After I posted a negative review, the owner began calling me from a restricted number, screaming profanity at me and then hanging up. In my opinion, that behavior is extremely unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a business owner dealing with a dissatisfied customer.
I'm sharing this review so that potential customers understand that my experience reflects the current ownership and should not necessarily be compared with reviews from before the ownership change.
This is based on my personal experience and my opinion of how I was treated as a customer. I would strongly recommend anyone considering major repairs at this shop to get a second opinion, keep detailed documentation, and make sure they fully understand what they're paying for before authorizing expensive work.
In response to the owner's reply, "Yes, it was you, you know it's you. But keep playing innocent for your audience. See you in court."

My Drivable Car Became "Undrivable" After the Inspection!
I initially went to this shop because I was referred by a mechanic I trusted. They had previously replaced my alternator back in April, so I felt comfortable bringing my vehicle back when I started having brake issues.
When I arrived, I made it clear that I was only interested in having my brakes diagnosed. Instead, after inspecting my vehicle, I was presented with a list of multiple repairs. The brake repair estimate alone was nearly $2,000. Since that was much more than I expected, I explained that I needed to discuss the cost with my household and planned to get a second opinion before deciding how to proceed.
At that point, the owner told me they would have to document in their system that my vehicle was now unsafe to drive and that I had declined repairs . While I knew my brakes needed attention soon, I had driven the vehicle there without issue and did not believe the work needed to be done right at that exact moment. I paid the almost $80 diagnostic fee and proceeded to leave.
What happened next is what concerns me most.
As soon as I started my car to leave, it began making an extremely loud noise that it had **never** made before. At the same time, the battery warning light began flashing. I immediately turned the car off and went back inside because my car was absolutely not making those noises or showing those warning lights before they worked on it.
Several employees came out to inspect the vehicle. During the conversation, the gentleman at the desk asked who had replaced my alternator. I reminded him that **they** had done the alternator replacement just a few months earlier for approximately $800.
I was then told that my A/C compressor clutch was now loose (and failing) and was shredding the serpentine belt. They offered to replace the belt at no charge but said it would fail again unless I also paid approximately $2,800 (after being given an estimate of $1800) to replace the A/C compressor! By now I'm neither confident enough in their work enough to fork over any additional money and opted to have the car towed after trying to drive it home.
This left me with several unanswered questions:
1. During an alternator replacement, the serpentine belt is removed and the technician has direct access to inspect the belt, tensioner, pulleys, and the A/C compressor pulley. If the compressor was failing or loose, why wasn't this identified or brought to my attention during the alternator repair in April? Instead, I was advised to replace a battery hold-down bracket (which I declined).
2. How is it simply a "coincidence" that my vehicle went from being drivable when I arrived to suddenly becoming undrivable immediately after it was inspected? The loud noise, flashing battery light and belt shredding started only after the shop "diagnosed" my vehicle.
I came in expecting to discuss brake repairs. Instead, I left being told I needed more than $5,000 worth of repairs after my car developed a serious problem that wasn't present when I arrived.
I understand that vehicles can have multiple issues, but the timing of these events raises legitimate concerns. Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in this shop and will not be returning or recommending it to others.Needless to say, I was very disappointed by this entire experience and can't help but feel that someone dropped the ball somewhere along the way—and I ended up paying the price. Whether it was an overlooked issue during my previous alternator repair or something that occurred during this visit, I left with far more problems than I arrived with, and far less confidence in the quality of the work and communication.
