  Rented a vehicle through the Emerald club out of Norfolk Airport in Virginia. The vehicle smelled like cigarettes was dirty and I was not impressed with the vehicle. Took a long time to get the car when I should've been able to just walk down the aisle and grab it.

  I reserved my vehicle online through the National app, and as a National Executive member, I really appreciated that Noah made sure I received the exact car I had requested. He was friendly, professional, and made the pickup process quick and easy. Great customer service and a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Thanks, Noah, for taking care of everything!

  I rented a vehicle at Norfolk International Airport and it was the best experience I have had at this airport! The employees are very friendly and the cars are very clean. I rented from a competitor on my last trip to Virginia and it was a horrible experience. I will always rent from National.

  I had an outstanding experience with National—easily a 5-star rental from start to finish! From the moment I arrived at the walk-up counter, everything exceeded my expectations. The representative had my exact car ready, making the process quick, seamless, and stress-free. A special touch that truly stood out was the snacks available just outside the customer service window—after traveling since 8:00 AM and arriving around 3:30 PM, that was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated! Returning the vehicle was just as impressive. The process was smooth, efficient, and handled with genuine professionalism. Every interaction felt welcoming and customer-focused. Overall, this was a top-tier experience, and I would absolutely choose National again without hesitation!

  This is a story about excellent live customer service after a faulty vehicle communication from the call center. I got a Jeep Wagoneer that had some dash/electrical issues. After way too much run around with the call center, Jeremy and Feild were able to get me a solution I think is really fair. They were both friendly and really professional in the way they handled a stressful situation
