  Need this location to be like the other locations that I enter. I’m use too choosing my own vehicle in the category I prefer a suv style vehicle verses a sedan. Need something higher seating I don’t prefer low riding cars. Hopefully Norfolk location will start that soon.

  Very poor experience, no good customer service even for executive elite members. I am using national for the last one year and this location stands out as my most unpleasant experience every time I visit norfolk. Better to go for other provider next time I visit this location

  Van was clean, low miles, checkout process was quick, and he gave me the option of what color vehicle I wanted!

  Hello National car rental, this is not a review this is actually an inquiry about the open hours for people that are arriving in late flights. I'm an assistant to a pastor, he will be landing at 12:41am so he probably wouldn't get to you guys until 1 or 1:15 am. If I book a car for him with you guys, would he be able to pick it up around that time?
