  I had a great experience purchasing my car with Joel’s Auto. The sales process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The salesperson was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never made me feel pressured. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great customer service and a great overall experience!

  This place is like a one of a kind used car lot because of the people....good people. Forget all the stereotypes. These people are the opposite. Dan. Dan I want to hug you. You were the most easy going salesman ever. Let me do my testing. Let me test drive on my own recognizance. 0 hassle but checked in on me anyway. Twice. Made a solid deal and even stayed late to help me trailer her and let me wash my hands after hours. If the bathroom sink is dirty, it wasnt me cause I tidied up. Lol. If you want to be treated right talk to Dan. Guy knows how to balance things right and read people. Jewel what can i say you counted my cash while I made annoying references to the singer Jewel and did so with grace I might add and you did have me out of there in ten minutes. Bravo. Support this small business yall. Keep it from being a dying breed. Screw Carmax, Carvana, and Ai too. Real people were involved in this pleasant transaction. As simple as it was this was, it one of the best business interactions and customer service I've ever had. In a world of bullcrap, I got treated well by you guessed it, a used car lot. God bless America.

  Joe's Auto help me out in my time of need without any long drawn out process. I sent them the needed documents and they had my file ready to go when I arrived to get my new car. The process was very user friendly and they made everything easy for me. Working with the team at Joel's Auto has been a very good experience so good I even referred my mother. My next car will come from the very same place. You can't go wrong with Joe's Auto
