  I absolutely love Joel's, they have the best customer service!! Very responsive and proactive when it comes to what the customer needs. They way the work with you and for you and are understanding in every aspect of car service!!!! Absolutely amazing I'm always happy when I Finnish talking with them! Zero complaints!!!!!

  This company is the BEST I’m serious. It ain’t no one like them. If you’re trying to get a car for a low down payment then this is the lot you are looking for. If something is wrong with the car just call them and they will get it right! No lag. I’ll recommend this to anyone that needs transportation

  We bought a Lincoln Continental in 2013 and had great service for well over 6 years. Regular maintenance and typical wear and tear items were replaced as expected. But most impressively, we sold it for what we paid for it six years earlier. Pretty good return on your investment in my opinion. Been back to look with other family members and they have had similar results. Will definitely check them out again as the need comes up.

  I’m not going to lie — I’ve had multiple cars from them, but the moment you can’t make a payment or run into an issue, you start seeing a completely different side. No one would answer the phones, and I’ll admit the frustration made me come off as a rude customer. What really crossed the line was when they were talking about me internally and accidentally sent me the message. That alone changed my whole perspective. I’ll also be honest — I previously received $200 off for leaving a positive review, which now makes me question how genuine some of the reviews really are. My advice: always check the Blue Book value before buying, because the vehicles are definitely overpriced.
