  REGGIE LOCKED ME IN! Was able to briefly get 60KW, well below the advertised 200KW. Left to go to use a different station, and the charger was physical stuck in my vehicle. After about 15 minutes wrangling with it, trying every possible angle, push/pull/tension/loose/lock/unlock, I called support and did the same thing again. Visible wear on the charger button, where I can assume other users had had the same issue in the past (so I'd be surprised if they hadn't had issues before). "Emergency" Support was sent (2 hour ETA), but I figured out my manual release on my vehicle before that. Did I mention it was raining? Not even an attempt to offer me a charge credit or something for goodwill, for stranding me to their equipment. Poorly taken care of station in general....chargers were laying on the ground when I pulled up, some plastic parts of holsters had broken off, it had seen better days.

  Only one charger working and someone was connected to it this morning. When he finished, I tried to connect and it was down as well. I was talking to the guy there before me and he said this happens all the time. Appears to be a poorly run company.

  This station is located in a good area. Lots of things to do while vehicle is charging.
