  I have brought my car here previously for AC issues. The first time I went in, my AC wasn’t getting cold. They repaired a leaking hose and recharge the AC. Almost a month later I had to come back because the same hose was nicked again and the AC wasn’t getting cold AGAIN. And I was charged again for replacing the same hose along with two others. Came back just last week on Tuesday morning because the fan that had been slicing the AC coolant hose broke off on my radiator. And my car sounded like a single engine airplane. So I dropped it off around 10 AM. They replaced the fan And they had it done by 1 o’clock that afternoon. Unfortunately, for me that same day there was a flash flood. I wasn’t able to make it back to the shop until about 3 o’clock, which I called because the rain was coming down so hard. I asked him to put on a new pair of windshield wipers and they informed me that they would once the rain has slowed down, but they also caution me not to come to the shop because it was flooded over there. So I turned around and went back home. When I came back the following morning around 11 AM. They told me that my car was good to go. They had forgotten to put the windshield wipers on that I asked him to put on the day before. And I said that was fine just put them on right quick. They told me that the repairs have been done so I paid them for the windshield wipers that they were gonna put on right then and along with the service that was already done. Now mind you, they knew it flooded the afternoon before, but no one in the shop checked my car to see the condition in which water got into my car. It wasn’t until I paid my money and went outside and opened my door, did I see water in my car. The crazy part is that the owner didn’t know that there was water in my car either. And when I asked him what he was gonna do about the issue, he said well we don’t have a shop Vacuum on hand today. We’ll have to get it and vacuum it out tomorrow. My car has sitting water in the base of the floor of the front and passenger. Obviously I was upset and I said well what are you gonna do the remedy this situation because my car wasn’t starting along with a puddle of water sitting in the floor of my front seat. The owner Evan proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that my car got flooded because I did not come and pick it up fast enough. And proceeded to walk off on me as if he didn’t want to engage in a conversation with me after his Shop allowed my vehicle to be flooded. He did not want to engage with me so much to the point where he left my car sitting with water in it and I had to call 911 multiple times to get an officer out there to remedy the situation. Sad part is he did not want to remedy the situation right then and there until a police officer came and was equally shocked so he mediated on my behalf to prevent them from leaving my car sitting for hours with water sitting in it. I was not leaving that shop until I saw someone physically with a vacuum sucking that water out of my vehicle and the sad part is he got his wife to come and do it. Not his son who was right there, not him, but his wife. He only offered to recharge my battery and clean the floor of the car never actually doing any diagnostics on the car and actually remedy the situation. So I had to call my insurance and have them handle it! If you value your car, don’t take it to this shop…
