  I had an absolutely horrific and dangerous experience at this location. While returning a vehicle, a Black female staff member (wearing a name tag) displayed extreme hostility. Even though we were actively moving our car as requested, she intentionally accelerated her vehicle toward me, nearly striking me. She continued to verbally abuse and insult us with racial slurs as she walked back to the office. This is not just poor service; it is a physical threat and blatant racial discrimination. I have full dashcam footage of the entire incident, including her face and her dangerous driving. As a business owner, I will no longer use this company for my personal or corporate needs, and I will be sharing this experience with my professional network. Extremely disappointed.

  Carl went above and beyond with my service from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions honestly, and made sure there were no surprises. The van was in excellent condition with no issues at all, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Carl’s transparency, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to great customer service really stood out. This was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had, and it was entirely because of Carl’s professionalism and dedication. He is a true asset to the team and absolutely deserves recognition for his outstanding work.
