  The convenience of picking you up, and allowing you to leave your rental at the collision shop, instead of having to drive to Enterprise for drop off.

  I made a reservation with customer service and when I got here they said they didn’t have any rentals available. While I waited in the building to find another rental company, Bre went out her way to find a vehicle for me. She could have just left it at that because they didn’t have a vehicle for me. She found one, but it wasn’t something I needed due to the size. She proceeds to make adjustments with the other customers and helped me and the other customer to satisfy both parties. She was kind and her customer service was great! This is what I call someone’s who takes their job serious. Thank you Bre!

  Renting cars usually isn’t stressful, but I’ve found that certain places can make the experience overwhelming. Luckily, this wasn’t one of those places, especially not at this Enterprise location, thanks to Mrs. Felecia. When my family rented a van, nothing fancy, her warm energy turned the process into something truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, her enthusiasm was contagious and genuine. She seems to love engaging with people so we naturally returned the energy! She guided us through the steps swiftly, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience smooth and effortless. I will be seeking and recommending her services here in the future. The Sprinter was clean and ready to go!
