  If I could, I would give 0 stars. From the moment I walked into this Enterprise, the experience was unacceptable. The woman assisting me, who did not have a name tag on, was sitting behind a desk labeled “Boss Lady.” That alone set the tone, and unfortunately, her attitude matched it. She was immediately rude, condescending, and dismissive. As a high-tier Enterprise member, I expect a certain level of professionalism and customer service, and this was far from it. Things only got worse during the check-out process. While I was signing the electronic pad, I attempted to move to the next screen to complete my signature, and she abruptly snatched the device back and said, “I need to go over this with you,” in a very sharp and disrespectful tone. I addressed her behavior directly and let her know she was being rude and unprofessional, and instead of correcting herself, she argued that she wasn’t. After I got into the car, she yelled back, “And the gas needs to come back how it was,” and kept walking. No courtesy, no professionalism, no customer care. I haven’t even returned the vehicle yet, and I’m already leaving this review because the level of service I received needs to be addressed immediately. I genuinely hope that when I return the car later this week, I either encounter different staff or that there is a noticeable improvement in professionalism—because this employee does not represent the standard I expect from Enterprise. I travel on business weekly, and Enterprise has always been my preference. However I will not be coming back to this location.

  OMG! The car rental was a regular car rental HOWEVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Desire was QUITE A SHOCK! Not only was she very RUDE it was bordering disrespect. Another customer and I had to walk out because we could not witness how she spoke to the customer infront of us. Not everyone is meant to work with people. She got better with the next customer because we did make a comment. I was embarassed for the man she was "helping".

  Staff cared for me and tried to assist when checking out the rental. Staff receiving were just as if not nicer. Staff at receiving asked feedback questions and made conversation since the hand off was so quick and easy, I had to wait for my ride.

  I went in for a 730 reservation and was shushed by the manager when I went to say something, she then proceeded to tell me they had no vehicle ready and didn't have the one I reserved. I was told employees didn't come in until after 8 and nothing would be ready till 9. My question is, why open at 730 and let reservations be booked for 730 if you can' t get a rental till after 9. I called corporate and complained and they also never returned my call about it.

  Gunner and Jacob are amazing. They are the reason we continue to choose enterprise and will not go anywhere else. Best people we have had the pleasure of doing business with. Go Tennessee and Go Cowboys!
