  I’ve been renting from this location since about 2010 and never had an issue until now! I had a a rental from July 29th at 5:30pm until today August 3rd at 12:00 pm. Me and my cousin get to the location Thursday around 5 to see if we can get our car a little earlier. Trayvon/Travion(not sure which was his name but it was something of the two) was assisting us. After everything was taken care of inside the store another worker bought us outside to our car. We booked for a standard SUV and he gave us a midsize SUV. We told her we were headed to Florida that evening and that there were three kids coming with us. When she heard that she stated on no you guys booked a bigger vehicle and this will be too small. Me and my cousin told her yeah and she said let me see what I can do. Trayvon/Travion then bought us outside and took us to a white 2024 Chrysler Pacifica. The car was perfect and bigger so we were happy. He had already started the car. He never did a walk around with me which was a first because the employees already do that and he didn’t go down the breakdown of what I was paying by for, he just had me initial and sign and handed me the key fob. It felt that he was rigging because they had other people in there and were closing soon. I drove the car to the store nearby and when I went to lock the door with the key it wouldn’t lock. I went in the store and got what I needled and came out. I unfortunately had to leave the door unlocked when I went into the store. When I tried to start the car when I came back out it wouldn’t start. I called customer service and they transferred me to roadside assistance. Roadside said they couldn’t come out because my rental was closed. On their end it showed that my rental was from July 29th-July29th which is impossible. Trayvon/Travion clearly put it in wrong in the system. Then we find out from customer service that the car he put us inder was a 2025 Chrysler white Pacifica but on their keys he gave us was for a 2024 silver Chrysler Pacifica. My cousin came to the store and picked me up and we had to leave the car in the parking lot at the store overnight because we were given the wrong key. We drive to the enterprise parking lot which is now closed and long and behold when I hit the lock button in the key fob the correct car is sitting right there!!!! We were supposed to leave for Florida that evening at 10pm but had to wait until the next morning(Friday) when they open to get the situation fixed. I walked in the next morning as soon as they open, and the previous person that helped looked confused as to why I was back. I told him that he gave us the wrong keys and the wrong car. And I clicked the key fob to let him know that the correct car was outside. He went to check and behold I was correct so then he goes and tries to find a reservation and of course is having issues with that because as I stated previously, my reservation was wrong with the system due to him. He asked to see my rental agreement and of course my rental agreement showed July 29 until August 3. He then apologizes gives me the correct key fob and says we had so many minivans yesterday. I feel that you should’ve been paying attention to the keys that you gave me because I missed out on a whole day of Florida because of his mistake I had to travel to Florida basically all day Friday instead of being there at 7 o’clock Friday morning, like I have planned he told me that I would get a refund for one day rental because of what happened. My cousin takes me back to where the car was parked overnight and we had to Florida. I returned the car back today and me and him got into an argument. I had asked him was I still getting back when I was supposed to get back because after he looked at the car, he comes back and says you’re all set.

  Great customer service and easy to find. Only issue would be that of the parking to actually access their lot. Definitely use caution when entering.

  Renting with Enterprise is fast, and efficient. The staff are truly professionals. On the rare occasions we have needed assistance on the road the company has been exceptionally responsive.
