    This was by far the worst Enterprise experience I have ever had — the staff were rude, toxic, unprofessional, and completely lacked hospitality, patience, and basic customer service skills. Even after providing multiple proofs of residence, the employee kept asking unreasonable questions that made no sense, while the team openly talked behind clients’ backs and created an uncomfortable, hostile environment. The manager seriously needs to take action because this location is full of disrespectful staff who clearly do not know how to treat customers professionally, and I would never recommend anyone to rent a car from here. I walked without a car!!! I DON'T recommend anyone at this location full of narcists!

    The worst experience ever! They didn’t have any cars as advertised which is very misleading. This is a very low standard of service! The associates do not answer the phone in a timely manner nor offer to help with locating a car from another location when they FAIL to make it clear online that they don’t have any cars for customers. The service they offer is below trash! I have tried to never do business with Enterprise because this experience seems to be the norm but due to an insurance claim I was forced to and they kept their brand of Pure Disappointment! Never again! Enterprise Sucks!!!!

    WORST Enterprise location I’ve ever dealt with. I travel weekly for work across the U.S., so I’ve rented from plenty of Enterprise locations, and this one is by far the worst experience I’ve had. To start, they didn’t even have the vehicle class I booked. After an hour and a half of terrible customer service, attitude, and zero accountability, the front desk employee finally “graciously” gave me a lower-class vehicle that clearly smelled like smoke and even had a cracked windshield. The next day, when I returned the car, the exact same employee was working again, so naturally I had to endure another 30 minutes of attitude. When he asked how the car was, I mentioned the overwhelming smoke odor. He suddenly acted surprised and claimed they would “call me before closing out the rental.” At that point, I refused to leave until everything was finalized because the entire experience already felt shady. Sure enough, during the final inspection, he then tried to ask me about the crack in the windshield the same crack that was already there when HE handed me the car less than 24 hours earlier. Thankfully, I recorded a video during pickup, because apparently at this location you need to document everything just to protect yourself from being blamed for pre-existing damage. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, poor vehicle quality, and an overall sketchy experience. Avoid this location if you value your time and don’t want unnecessary headaches.

    This not the absolute worst Enterprise branch I have seen. It’s just a typical understaffed location with poor attention to detail: After no answer on the phone from this I requested to extend my reservation through Enterprise customer service who sent a message to this branch who ignored the message and didn’t get around to making the change. Aside from not answering the phone and not responding to Customer Service emails it’s fairly typical.

    I had a collision claim with my insurance and called in the afternoon to make a reservation. I also called before showing up at the location. They took my information but never told me that they only accept one method of payment. I had to take an Uber from the collision center to this Enterprise location, then another Uber back home to get the required payment method, and then a third trip to return and pick up the rental. Thank you, Salma Abdala. Your team failed to provide key information that could have saved me an hour of travel and over $100 in Uber rides, in addition to the cost of the rental. Make sure you ask all the questions, they will definitely blindside you and leave you hanging.
