- SSSASHANCOApr 26, 20265.0My Mercedes was dropped off on Tuesday for B Service (recommended every 2 years). The work was completed by mid day on Wednesday! The car previously ran a bit rough and gave an error message for thermostat (possible cap not closed tightly). Over the weekend there has been a NOTICEABLE difference of how smoothly the car now runs. No more error messages. I can also appreciate the significant difference from dealership pricing for the same service. Literally a SUBSTANTIAL amount. I wish that Coastal was able to provide software updates , but overall they have a new customer. Curtis made my experience feel like more than just another work order. The office staff was knowledgeable and answered my questions with courtesy and confidence. Coastal Import Repair runs like a well oiled machine and I’m all for it. I highly recommend to anyone who’ll listen. Ha!

The VW dealer was a bad experience so I searched Google and found Coastal Imports. Carrie was amazing - very informative and so helpful. I'm so glad I decided to fix the car and that I chose Coastal Imports. My husband had an issue with his car a couple months later and we knew exactly where to go. He agrees this is the best car repair shop. Looking for an honest, integrity based car repair shop...you've found it!
