- RPRuth PeeleAug 20, 20265.0Been with Coastal since 2003. They are very honest about what needs done and what doesn't. That is worth our gold. They are dependable. You know the work is done well. I have a 2006 Toyota Matrix that runs like a dream because they have cared for it since day one. Can't say enough good about Coastal! Just had my 140,000 mile check up. We are ready to go. The list below covers all that was done, but I didn't check it all off. Thanks Coastal.

The individual that answered the phone took about 20 minutes to answer my questions about service as well as educate me on potential maintenance requirements that my GTI may need in the future. She was great. You can get service done right or done cheap. IMO Always invest your funds in the former! Thanks again!

They made me feel comfortable during the wait and offered near-by dining options. I was kept informed during the entire repair process. I even had a chance to meet and talk with the mechanic servicing my car who used a stethoscope to determine which pulley was bad on my alternator. I would highly recommend Coastal as an Independant import repair option.
