11/10 service here. my husband was at the gym next door when his battery terminal broke luckily autozone was next door and able to help him replace it. Don is a wonderful gentleman who helped in everyway he could, you couldn't ask for better service!

Although I left a review on the AutoZoneCares site I want to leave one up here too. Title: Amazing Service from Don! I had such a great experience with Don! He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. He found me a battery that fit within my budget, installed it for me, and even took the time to look deeper into what was actually wrong with my original battery instead of just rushing me out the door. Before I left, he also noticed my tires and added air to them for me, which I really appreciated. It was the little things that made such a big difference. Don was also so sweet and personable. We ended up talking about NASCAR races, and honestly, that conversation made my entire day. I wasn’t having the best day when I came in, but Don completely turned it around and had me leaving with a huge smile on my face. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they leave feeling taken care of. Don deserves so much recognition for his kindness, effort, and amazing customer service. Calling a customer “rude” because she didn’t like the way I counted out exact change is disgusting. I placed the change on the counter while I counted it out. She stated it was “rude”. I was supposed to place it in her hand. Walked out without saying a word.
