  Came in there Friday and I don't know the girl name . But!! Thank u soo much for helping me looking up something for a part that I was looking for my mom.. she went out her way and didn't have too.. they both was very nice.. Thank u

  I used to really like this place always helpful and courteous so I really did not understand what going on. The short female employee with wavy permed hair, who works in there has a real chip on her shoulder and probably shouldn't be working with any customers..I was understandingly in line for quite some time as two other agents were assisting customers. She paraded around the store as she watched the line creep up with customers until it was apparent she needed to help out . When she finally motioned me over she was very pugnaciousness as I tried to explain my items were listed on que for checkout and visible...she denied this fact so I moved on. I needed 4 spark plugs she only brought out 1. Than a call came in which she immediately took while I'm waiting for her at checkout. The person wanted to speak to manager so she just held the phone while the manager was assisting others. I very humbly asked her to please complete my purchases as I was in a hurry she stated "we are obligated to help all customers not just one in the store" I reminded her I had already been waiting quite a while and Im already at the counter ....she stated ' " It doesn't matter". Afterwards my friend came in store to figure out what was taking so long. And maybe because he was a male and demanded she remove herself from the phone to assist us, she obliged. At this point we were waiting on a cabin air filter ..she slowly walked to back of store came back out said there wasn't any for my car. He responded we already called and it should be 5 available ... I reiterated this to her. And she told me " oh you can go back there and get it !! 😲 " And when he told her it might be in a different ara to get some help she then said she will look it up . But as quickly as she tried to change the screen showing the 5 filters we saw them listed and she could no longer deny the fact. My friend then doubled down on sthe additional assistance. So another agent assisted to looking in the aisles and she returned with the merchandise. This was just the worst experience I've ever had in 25 years of my association with AZ. You are definitely going to lose loyal customers if she remains in your store. Not acceptable !! Thank you.

  very big thank you to woody!! my protective shield came off and i had no way of fixing it. woody came out and explained to me what was wrong, then took the shield off for me. i’m very very grateful to him and the team at autozone who helped me :))

  Had an amazing experience at auto zone on granby st. The moment I walked in and was greeted till leaving out saving money. By the help of David, he saved me money on the thing I needed to change my own oil ,and help install my filter. Hands down best auto zone in Norfolk!!

  An absolute blessing of a team—these workers turned my whole week around!I had to visit this AutoZone location twice today, and while my morning started off a bit rough and dismiss , the afternoon crew completely turned my entire experience around. They were all blessings in disguise and played a huge part in making my day so much better.I want to give massive praise to the incredible staff who went above and beyond: Woody: When I first arrived in the morning, Woody was the first and only person to greet me. Even though I later found out he isn’t even assigned to this exact store location, he immediately stepped up to find someone to help me. He even came outside and helped me as much as he possibly could with my battery removal. I am incredibly appreciative of his kindness. Joey & Kimber: When I returned later, the atmosphere was completely different and so welcoming. Joey safely retrieved my battery, and Kimber took over to put it back in and run the diagnostics. Joey then came right back outside to assist her with additional testing to ensure everything was perfect. They both gave me so much knowledge and solved my problems completely. Larry: Larry, a delivery driver for the store, stood outside with Joey, Kimber, and me. He shared his own knowledge and looked out for me like a father figure, making sure I was completely good to go before I left. Trevor: I also want to praise Trevor, who helped me a few days prior. He did my initial reading, accurately diagnosed that my starter was bad, and made sure I got the exact replacement parts I needed.This team gave me answers, peace of mind, and amazing customer service. Thank you all so much for your help and your kindness!
