I was very grateful and she had come to my rescue after I had already gine to another autozone the day before and was rushed. Brenda took her time to assist in what my vehicle needed. I really appreciate everything she assisted me with.

- BGBig GunzApr 30, 20265.0Hands down the best over the phone service I have gotten in a long time. I called today and spoke with a young lady named Jessica. I explained that I may possibly need a new battery but I didnt know much about the car as in motor size or the sub model. She asked if I was around my car and could give her either my license plate tag or my Vin number. I was shocked when all I have was my tag number and she could tell me everything I needed to know! She went into the battery options with me and even explained what an AGM batter way. She explained that because I wasnt sure they could test my current battery and give me a direct answer. She gave me a price with an explanation of the warranty and also suggested protecting my battery even further with an installation kit. Needless to say I will be coming by to see her soon! She was very pleasant and easy to speak to and didnt make me feel dumb by not know certain things. Keep up the great over the phone customer service Jessica! From one female to the next you rock.
