  I stopped by on 4/22 to have a code read to find out what was wrong with my car and left with it fixed. Matthew, who I believe was the manager that evening, was so friendly and helpful from the get-go. When he was explaining how to switch out the ignition coil, a fellow BMW owner Thomas K., who was parked next to me, came over to see what the issue was and offered to switch out the part. The code cleared but I had to immediately go back to the shop because the "check engine" light came back on. Matthew and Thomas checked the cylinder that misfired, and the sparkplug was fried. Matthew looked up the sparkplugs for my car, and Thomas used loaner tools to change all six of them. I paid Thomas for his time, and he waited for me to come back from a test drive to ensure that I was good to go. I had excellent customer service from the entire night team who worked together to pull parts and recheck codes. Best of all, I benefited from the kindness of strangers that night and now have a go-to shop for car needs. Sorry my review is a little late, Matthew!

  I cannot speak highly enough of the professional excellence we experienced at this location. My wife and I were in town for business this past week when we encountered a double crisis late at night: a flat tire and an illuminated check engine light. With the store nearing closing time, we were certain we would have to resort to a tow service. Fortunately, we were assisted by Matthew. He went above and beyond to ensure we weren't left stranded. Matthew was incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to our concerns and providing a clear, expert explanation of the issues at hand. The caliber of customer service Matthew provided was truly exceptional—it has been a long time since I have witnessed such genuine dedication and helpfulness. He transformed a stressful situation into a seamless experience. We are beyond impressed and will certainly be returning to this location for our future automotive needs. If you visit this store, ask for Matthew. He is a stellar representative of the brand and an absolute credit to the team!
