- FSFarhad SafiAug 25, 20261.0My experience today was very disappointing and unacceptable. Today I brought my vehicle to this car wash to have it cleaned. Unfortunately, the manager treated me very disrespectfully and refused to allow my vehicle to be washed, claiming that my car was “damaged” and could not be accepted. I calmly asked the manager to explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle so I could fix it, but he could not show me any specific problem. My vehicle had already been inspected, and I had no known issue with it. The situation became even more serious when the manager told me that he would not allow me to get my car washed and threatened to call the police. The police did come, and I asked the officer to look at my vehicle and tell me what was supposedly wrong with it. After looking at the vehicle, the officer told me that he did not see any damage or problem with my car. The officer also told me that the manager might have had some other issue with me and suggested that I speak with the company management. I am writing this review because customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I strongly recommend that the company’s owner or upper management review what happened today and make sure that employees and managers handle customers fairly and professionally. I also have photos of my vehicle and can provide them to the company as evidence of its condition. I hope management takes this situation seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience. I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking to be treated fairly and respectfully like any other customer.

Now the past two times I’ve attempted to go here there are either no employees or there is only one employee with either the car wash or the payment station out of order. The upside is there are about a dozen other car washers in the area I can go to from now on.

I have the app and it doesn’t recognize my membership so I can’t cancel it that way, called a month ago to get it cancelled and they said they “cancelled it” only to be charged again the following month. I have called 7 times with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. Customer service is no where to be found.
