  Bad business practice! To have customers pay for a car wash with the expectation that the vacuums are on, only for the manager to tell everyone that the vacuums are off because of the rain even light drizzle. I understand protecting the equipment, but they clearly need to have a sign that says vacuums are off due to whatever reason before we pull in for a car wash, which the manager said they don’t don’t do. But they don’t have any issue taking your money for half the services. That’s very close to be considered false advertisement! Taking my business right around the corner on Warwick from now on!

  Absolutely terrible! I bought a membership and waited in the lot for over an hour and never received a sticker to be able to use my membership. I had to leave to run errands but when I came back a few days later to get a sticker I was met with a very rude employee and told that there was a system error with the membership and that customer service would be reaching out to cancel it but they never did and they keep charging my card and won’t stop. Customer service will not even pick up the phone.

  I paid $30 for a wash and tire shine no tire, so the Manager comes out to look at my tires and tell me yep I feel the tire shine but my tires are ashy , o then said it might be your plan. This is the Kicker she said maybe it put it on light SMDH. What a manger they have.

  Just tried to wash my car at 4:52pm. Cones are out as business is closed but hours says open until 8pm. This location is a joke! I’ll be taking my business back to the grafton/yorktown location. They always take good care of me!

  I’ve been a member of Whistle Express for over four years and recently discovered my monthly membership increased without any prior notice. When I visited the Denbigh location to ask about the increase, I was told to contact customer service online because no one onsite could assist. Customer service later explained that the increase was part of a statewide pricing adjustment, but that doesn’t change the fact that no notification was provided before charging the higher amount. What’s even more frustrating is that service quality has noticeably declined. Vacuums are frequently broken, the forced-air stations often don’t work, and the tire shine included in my package is inconsistent at best. I understand equipment wears out and costs rise, but paying customers deserve clear communication and a level of service that matches the price being charged. The lack of notice combined with declining service has me looking at competing car wash memberships. After more than four years as a customer, this experience is disappointing.
