  On our long drive home, we had the misfortune of blowing a tire on the Fourth of July. We expected a long wait due to the holiday, but Shakira completely exceeded our expectations. She was incredibly prompt, thorough, and genuinely compassionate about our situation. Despite being short-staffed, she worked efficiently and got us safely back on the road in no time. Her professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service turned a stressful experience into a positive one. We are so grateful for her help and can't thank her enough. She truly went above and beyond!

  I left very unsatisfied, the problem was not solved. I was told that this is the problem, you need struts, shocks all around and front wheel alignment. I arrived at 7:30 , but was told that the mechanic won't be here until 8:30 I got into the car at 2:45. Before I left the parking lot I drove around to test it out and the problem still here. I went back into the building to let them know that problem here. I had the lady and mechanic ride inside the car to hear the noise and they both agree that the problem still exist. I was told to bring my car back, Tuesday 7-1-2026 the next time I can get it done so we have a date set for this to get it done correctly. I have many thoughts about this and they not good. I am willing to give them another chance to correct the problem, believe that they can.

  I was sent to the Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA location from the Wmsburg(2nd St) location. Wmsburg tried offering the same service that I already had done less than a year later. Needless to say this location is lacking in trust among customers, myself included. Too many times told that employees were either not showing up or quitting. Resulting in me having to travel 20 miles to your other location to have services completed there. This location was very professional even though they also stipulated that were also beginning to experience employees dissatisfaction with your company as well. Something I think Corporate needs to look into to prevent further dissatisfaction from future customers as well.
