  They quoted me a price, did the oil change and then they wanted to charge me $70 more! The manager was able to bring it down to $50 over. There was no extra items that they did after the normal quote.

  Great service especially for a Sunday after a major holiday. Had a nail and Jon/Joe (I’m so sorry about the name) was able to get me in and out!

  Extremely disappointed with the service here. This used to be one of my go-to places to take my car for tire issues, but not anymore. I went with a leaky tire on Saturday morning at 1030 am. Was told it would be awhile because they were busy and had only 1 mechanic. I said I could come back later and wad allegedly given an "appointment" in their system for that afternoon and the manager said as long as I got there by 5 pm, they could handle it before closing. I showed back up at 3:30 pm and this same store manager had forgotten the earlier conversation and made it seem like I was imposing. 5 pm came and it was clear that they weren't gonna fit me in, so I asked if they could move my appointment to Sunday when they opened. Was told that was fine, come at 9:05 am. I and 3 others were there at 9 am the next day and no one was inside. Front clerk shows up at 9:20 and 1 mechanic at 9:40 when they were supposed to open at 9. The clerk was apologetic as this wasn't his store, then proceeds to tell me I had NO APPOINTMENT in the system either for that day or the day before when I was in the shop for 2 hours Saturday. He fits me in, but clearly the management of this place is bad. They didn't even have a record of me being in the system at ALL when I was there 2 months prior for a patch job and had a printed work order in my vehicle.
