  Jackie and Joe were very professional and amazing to work with. I came without an appointment and needed help with my car and they were extremely kind, helpful and very thorough. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was able to drive home safely that day. I was stressed and not the easiest to deal with but they were both very kind and patient with me. I truly appreciate their transparency, professionalism and dedication. If you need an honest opinion on your vehicle I absolutely recommend to take your vehicle there. Thanks again to the both of you for your prompt help and professionalism!

  This location (Arthur Way, Newport News) was great in helping me find a tow service that was working on mother's day, and once I got there they took care of my car quickly! Staff is friendly and courteous, and the price was perfectly reasonable on a holiday weekend. They really hooked me up! I've been here before when I thought I had a nail in my tire and they checked it out and patched it for free. It's a short walking distance to get coffee or food if you're waiting, which is nice too!

  I don’t know what’s happened to this place. They used to be my go-to shop. Back when Nicole was there. Several weeks ago I made an appointment for my truck to get a pressure sensor replaced. Took a day off work to come in and when I got there, the depressed lady told me the machine was down and they couldn’t do it. I asked why they couldn’t call me to tell me save me the trip. She shrugged. Days ago I made an appointment to get 5 specific tires on my jeep. I came in and the woman with the personality of a wet rag tells me they have to order the tires. Can’t take a day off work this week and was going out of town next weekend. Won’t happen now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Two days wasted now with nothing to show for it.
