I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Enterprises
I'm officially done with Suttle. I will never buy a vehicle here again, nor will I recommend them. I wrote a review over a month ago, but removed it after talking to managers, and now I'm writing another one.
When doing business, don't tell a customer that you're going to follow up with them about a situation, and never call back. The gentleman that I talked to assured me that he'd call me back the same day, but he didn't. Communication is always key. I am a office manager, and I can assure you that I don't make promises that I can't keep. A simple call back saying that you didn't have the information, and you will call me back in a day or two would've been fine.
Since I purchased this Cadillac from you all it's been issue after issue. Brakes improperly installed and/or the wrong brakes, transmission shudder which you guys could not seem to figure out, park assist doesn't work (that I asked you all to fix on my last visit), noise in my passenger door, paint under the driver door that I pretty much cancelled, because I did not have time to wait days for that.. If I thought that I could bring the car back and sit on your lot, and not be penalized-I would! This is honestly the worst experience that I've had in buying a car.
I don't want anything from you all. I don't want to be put in a rental, I don't want a phone call, and I don't want to hear any more lies. Those hour and a half rides get very old, especially for the same issues.

Towed my car here after Loyalty Cadillac kicked me out as they don’t have an EV technician.
At Suttle, they took good care of me. Fixed my car and helped me to get back on the road. Jeff went above and beyond. Really appreciate it. Thanks.

On 4/17/26 I Went to see a vehicle (2011 F150) that has been advertised for a Month. After locating the keys the vehicle was found in a fenced in area part of the lot, the vehicle was not inspected or detailed, I asked why was it not ready to be sold after so long being advertised for sale, the salesman did not know but did finally find out why. The vehicle had a list of things wrong with it and that some of it would be repaired but some not. While I guess that is typical for dealers today, the list included some expensive repairs but the vehicle was priced above what is a typical listing price from a dealer. To demand top dollar for a vehicle I expected to see a vehicle that was in top shape, this one was no where near that. FRUSTRATING the dealer advertises a vehicle for sale when the Vehicle is no where ready to be sold. Makes to much sense to run the vehicle through the shop for inspection and detail BEFORE posting it for sale I guess. As far as the price being to high, I’d assume the dealer paid to much on trade in for it and now wants to pass on their mistake to the next buyer. This was my first and LAST time visiting Suttle. UODATE- To the response below from the owner, the Truck has been advertised for a month, still not for sale. I viewed the list of repairs, some you are not going to fix. Again, to demand top dollar, is ridiculous, the truck has not been kept in good condition and no where near retail value. It has been wrecked!!!!! Typical dealer response.
