  I rented the car A PHF, picked it & returned on schedule, checked in at the garage, employee scanned the car and offered an email rcpt. I accepted and left...no rcpt showed, but my credit card was charged the full amount, and their system now reflects I was a no show. Something shady is going on there. Their canned "contact us" response has been useless after multiple efforts over the past week. I do not recommend. Response to Heather's canned response from national. How about you personally pick up the phone, return my calls and emails, and work this issue...because I have started over three times with the useless contact phone number without any results. I will never again reserve thru National at PHF for future business travel.

  Very Happy and Satisfied with the car service, customer Service was FRUSTRATION FREE i was on time to my event out of town car was ready cleaned and ready to go NATIONAL will ALWAYS be my FIRST CHOICE when needing a car rental!¡
