  I was in town for work and the whole process was easy. The vehicle was nice and clean. I had no issues and will certainly use National again.

  Tried to overcharge me. Invoice said $309 - my bank said they tried to take $709. That's not an accounting error - it looks like a scam.

  I rented the car A PHF, picked it & returned on schedule, checked in at the garage, employee scanned the car and offered an email rcpt. I accepted and left...no rcpt showed, but my credit card was charged the full amount, and their system now reflects I was a no show. Something shady is going on there. Their canned "contact us" response has been useless after multiple efforts over the past week. I do not recommend. Response to Heather's canned response from national. How about you personally pick up the phone, return my calls and emails, and work this issue...because I have started over three times with the useless contact phone number without any results. I will never again reserve thru National at PHF for future business travel.

  If I could give them negative stars, I would! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!
