  Great experience at the Enterprise truck rental on J Clyde Morris Boulevard in Newport News, Virginia. Megan was the representative that helped me and she was super. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

  It’s been about three weeks since the family reunion… that I did NOT get to attend due to the unbelievably unprofessional, unorganized, and possibly dishonest service I received from Enterprise. I received two confirmation calls in regards to the reservation I made a month ahead. One of the calls occurred the morning I was to pick the car up and then 30 minutes later I received a voicemail that the reservation was canceled. It is very hard to believe that the reservation did not show up to this location until the morning of the pick up date as I had been receiving confirmation and check in emails prior to the date. When calling corporate, a regional manager was to call me back, but in Enterprise fashion they continued to be horrible at costumer service and did nothing to rectify the situation. Have a backup plan if you plan to rent from this location.

  Showed up to rent a cargo van (after calling to confirm several days before). No one in office, called the number on the door, was told, "oh, van was in an accident...sorry" Left without a way to move a family member.
