  I would like to give them 0 stars, but there's no place for it. I rented a full size vehicle from enterprise for a family trip to Georgia. When I got to Georgia, my car started having a mechanical problem. So I called customer service, and they told me a location to go to and trade. The car in and there'll be a car waiting for me. I get there. There is no car available, so I call back and they tell me to go to another location and they have a minivan that I can use for my trip back home. This is Friday the day I'm supposed to leave to go back home. I get there no minivan, they put me in a smaller car than I rented and I go back to load the car up and my stuff will not fit because the car is too small, so now I can't go home with all my stuff. So I call the airport and rent another car. Bigger, so I can get my stuff home. The only thing they have is a minivan, so I traded the car in and told them what was going on and they made me rent the minivan. For extra after they've given me the run around, hey, after today going from place to place to try to get a car and then to take that one back in charge me for a bigger car because they didn't have anything else available. All right well, never rent from this place again. They do not give a crap about you. They were supposed to call me. And I've been still waiting on my call from management, and it's been almost a week. If this is the way you treat your customers, I'm surprised you get repeat customers. I've rented probably 30 cars from you guys. In the past twenty years, we'll never do it again since I wrote this review, I have been contacted by email. Saying that I will be contacted by someone and that was another week and a half two weeks ago. Nobody cares nobody in this company gives a damn about you if you have a problem with them, they will wait till you return your car and not even ever call you back to make things. Right, extremely poor customer service. I am totally dissatisfied. I wish there was something else. I could do I guess I would go to yelp. And make reviews also

  Thank you for excellent service and help being I was long distance away from home. Everyone from the Manager to everyone was outstanding.

  Embarrassing organization. They had to move my reservation twice due to limited availability, which caused a change in my families travel plans. On the morning of the reservation, they called and again said they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved. On top of that, James from the branch proceeded to tell me I had a condescending attitude!! Really?! After you guys changed my reservation three times and caused my families vacation to be cut short, but yeah you’re right, I’m the bad guy! What a joke!! Go to Hertz, or really ANY OTHER rental branch!
