James was awesome! We laughed, talked, and he was very knowledgeable of his job! My rental was picked up and handled within 15min! He made the process so smooth and efficient. Even drop off! He met me outside and his concern was me and ensuring everything was to my liking! Yes it’s Prbly “protocol” to ask, but it’s different when it’s with a smile and genuine! Awesome job James
