- CCCheryl2 days ago5.0Top notch service. Austin went way out of his way to help us. When we couldn't come to him, he came to us. I wouldn't rent from anyone else! Thanks Austin.
- ALAmber LovingOct 4, 20265.0I had a horrible experience at another location. Was sent her and Carson made the experience exceptional. I will handle all business from now on at this location. Thank you Carson for being amazing! Ms Butler at store 69 can def take some pointers from you!
- LDLeice DSep 29, 20265.0Enterprise is always my preferred company for renting cars, but this location SPECIFICALLY is the ONLY one I go to, NON-NEGOTIABLE. I was assisted by 3 of the best young men this world has to offer. Mr. James Brown, Mr. Carson Bulger & Mr. Austin King. They were beyond perfect and then had the AUDACITY to ask if there was anything else they could’ve done better. My question is, what’s better than the best ??? 5 stars everytime for these guys and this location! I’ll be back just because. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- TBTM BordenSep 28, 20265.0When I was finally able to get a vehicle (fleet was extremely low even at airports in Williamsburg area) the service was wonderful. Austin was very friendly, helpful, polite, and considerate as I was having to rent during a stressful personal situation. All 3 employees at the Jefferson Ave NN location that day were so kind, which was much needed at the time. Loved the car (palisade) and everything went smoothly with a small issue with remote not being consistent even though the battery was changed. Would recommend and use again when needed.
- SDStephen DuCheminSep 10, 20265.0Excellent customer service from courteous and knowledgeable staff who were efficient and expedient in my being able to obtain a vehicle with minimal interruption to my schedule. Specifically, I would like to acknowledge Carson, James, and Austin who were all involved in either or both my obtaining and/or returning the vehicle. These individuals exemplify customer service and deserve recognition for a job well done.
