  The staff at 1008 Jclyde are very patient & professional. This is my new location to rent from. The manager has excellent customer service!!

  Picking up the car was very easy, the car was ready when we arrived. We had to extend our contract and the agents helped us to do that very easily and at the same rate. Return was easy also and they carried me to the repair place to pick up my own car. All the agents were very helpful and courteous.

  Will never go there again. Car was reserved with boss's credit card. They wouldn't rent us the car at the desk for a scheduled out of town trip. We complained but weren't being rude or abusive. She said they wouldn't be doing business with us. Ridiculas.

  Avoid this Enterprise location at all cost!! I don’t know if other Enterprise locations are just as bad (in which case it’s a corporate problem), or if only this specific location is bad (in which case the manager needs to be fired), but either way, I can’t take that chance going forward, so I will not rent a car from ANY Enterprise location in the future if I can avoid it. My insurance company authorized a rental car with this location with a pickup date to be determined by me. I called Enterprise on Thursday, 04/23 giving them the reservation number and informing them that I would pick up the vehicle on Monday, 04/27. I also told them I want a vehicle similar in size to my vehicle that was damaged. I arrived at this location at the appointed time in the morning on Monday, 04/27 and noticed that they only had one employee present. How do you operate a rental car location, which is closed on Saturday and Sunday (yes, did you know that?!) with only one employee? I was told the manager was working at another location. I was also told that they did not have the vehicle (the one that I had reserved) available, and in fact, they had NO vehicles available. How is that? I was told that they “should” have a vehicle available for me later in the day when someone returns a vehicle, and that the employee would call me when it becomes available. Of course, I received NO CALL that day, or the next day and have since made other arrangements with a different rental car company.

  Booked a rental and guess what no cars?? I even confirmed on Friday! They said they were going to call but no call came. What a waste and horrible customer service!!
