  I have rented from this location for many years. I had a reservation for a 1 o'clock pickup. I arrived a few minutes before and let the associate know that I was here to pick up my vehicle and what my name was. She said that they did not have any vehicles available and that she was closing her store from 1-2:00. I said, what do you mean? I have a reservation for a 1 o'clock pickup. She said exactly what I said. We don't have a vehicle for you. I said, okay, well, when will you? She said I don't know whenever someone turns a vehicle in. I asked the sales associate could she get a vehicle from another location and get it brought to the store? She laughed at me and said, no I said, well, that is funny because they've done it before in the past. So then she called another location and told me, I could go there and pick up a vehicle. I let her know that I did not have a vehicle to drive. I'd have to call my husband. He was right down the street to pick me up. So I sat down and she told me that I had to leave the premises, she was locking the door I said, can you not wait five minutes? He is on his way. I then asked her, are you seriously gonna make me wait outside, and lock the building while you have a customer. She said, Mrs Loving, leave my premises now. I have called corporate three times with no response back. Mrs. Butler is the rudest employee I have ever dealt with and they have definitely lost a customer in me. I would highly suggest not using this location and using the enterprise on Jefferson Avenue in Denbigh.
