  Stay away from Enterprise unless it’s the only thing available. My car smelled like weed and had a tire that was leaking air. They suggested I take time off from work and take it to get fixed…tried to get the car swapped and not one location within 20 miles would assist.

  Appointment at 0800. Didn't leave with a vehicle until 0915. Older gentleman that came in after me was in the same boat and I had to let him get a vehicle first so he didn't miss his doctor's appointment. It was so backed up that people were standing outside waiting because there wasn't enough seating inside. Gentleman behind the desk.was apologetic and working as fast as he can. Best I can tell, management failed here.

  Excellent customer service! I booked a vehicle online and was called shortly after to let me know they did not have a car on site at the time but the rep was working to find one for me. This included calling another location to see if they could accommodate me. When a customer returned a vehicle early (a step up from mine), the rep called to update me and gave me the upgrade at no extra charge. When I called to return the vehicle early, he was able to work it out so I could do so after hours to not be charged for an extra day.

  Shout out to Will. We’re local, needed a emergency vehicle within 24hrs and he came through when hertz and budget cancelled our reservation due to one location was apparently sold out and the other just did not allow us to use a debit card. Will went above and beyond, great customer service from start to finish! Give that man a raise🫡 10000% recommend this place. Prize was fair, customer service was amazing, car was exactly what we needed. Thank you Will.
