  I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for 10 years and was excited to buy my third vehicle from them. Sadly, the new management and staff have completely changed the environment for the worse. The salesperson, Rico, was bright and cheery when he thought he had a guaranteed sale. However, after the transaction fell through, his entire demeanor changed. I was quickly ushered out of the showroom to the waiting room until my ride arrived. It makes me wonder: is customer service now strictly based on making a sale, or does general human decency still matter? The high standard of care I used to receive here is gone, and I am highly dissatisfied. Fortunately, another dealership proved that excellent service still exists. They approved me for the same vehicle I wanted from Enterprise, and are delivering it right to my door. I was treated with dignity and fairness I deserved—without judging my recovering credit history.
