- CHChris Hake1 day ago2.0The mechanic was thorough and correct in my vehicles repair needs. Rejection sticker was applied ref. State Insp. I chose to have my brother in law complete the needed work. I called back after the work was done around 8am and asked if I could bring t he truck in to just confirm and put a valid sticker in place. The guy I spoke to couldn't fit me in for a few days. Really? 5-10 minutes? I went immediately somewhere else, they fit me right in and passed it. I won't be returning to Don's.

- ASAshleigh StowAug 14, 20262.0The staff were very friendly; however, the prices were very high. I chose this place because it was close to where I was towing from and reviews said they were reasonably priced. There werent many places that Triple a would tow me to. Overall, they charged me a total of 800 dollars for my spark plugs to be changed and for one coil to be replaced. That is way above average for a ford focus. They also charged me about 150 dollars just to diagnose that it was my 3rd cylinder misfiring, even though I had already informed the lady on the phone that was the issue causing the check engine light before the vehicle was even dropped off. The average price for a shop to do this work is usually way lower. Even the parts seemed to be higher priced than they should have been. The spark plugs alone were about 150 dollars (not includong the labor), which is an extremely high markup. They did offer me a 25 dollar discount, when i mentioned that the prices were awfully high. Unfortunately, that did not make much of a dent to the high prices. Overall, they were friendly and relatively quick, but I don't think their prices are worth another visit. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
