I have lived in the Hampton Roads area my entire life and have been to various automotive service shops over the years, but Don's is definitely one of my best experiences. We had a minor hiccup where one of the four ordered tires had an issue, requiring a return visit. However, the manager handled the situation flawlessly. She was incredibly professional, immediately called the tire company to resolve the issue, and kept me informed the entire time. Seeing how a shop handles an unexpected problem has earned my future business. They were friendly and respectful from the time I scheduled my appointment until I drove off with the completed job.
