My RV was recently serviced for the wheel bearings and I discovered that they installed all the lug nuts on all four tires backwards.

Bought a Class B van from Camping World in Newport News. It was used, only a few years old, low miles, and they claimed it had gone through a full inspection. They even told me there were a few things they were fixing before delivery, so naturally I assumed it was solid.
Three months later, it has spent almost that entire time in the shop.
I’ve missed trips I had planned. I’ve taken one trip without water because the system wasn’t working. Another trip ended with water leaking everywhere and damaging the cabinetry.
Meanwhile, I’ve made all three payments on a van I’ve barely been able to use. Out of the 11 weeks I’ve owned it, it’s been out of service for 9.
And here’s the frustrating part. Camping World is quick to sell you a unit, but when problems show up, the service drags. Everything is “waiting on parts” or “on order.” No urgency, no ownership.
When I finally asked about trading out of it into something reliable, their solution was to offer me wholesale value, nowhere near what I paid, on a van they sold me in this condition.
That tells me everything I need to know. The relationship ends the second the paperwork is signed. They care about the transaction, not the customer.
If you’re shopping there, just understand that once they have your money, you may be on your own.
The sales department sold me a door, ensured it would be the SAME color, and weeks after it arrived, told it was the wrong door and then 2 weeks later told it was the right door just cause camper is “older”. Cool, but you said it was the same color, not once but 3 times. When I asked for someone in corporates number I was never given one just a customer service number I could google. Very unprofessional, I won’t name drop due to privacy reasons but the person should have been accountable.

I purchased a toy hauler bumper pull camper a few weeks ago, from camping world, the sales lady and the service guys were great especially peanut he went above and beyond for us.
Our walk through of the camper took 30 minutes the guy that walked through the camper did not really show us much he could not put the awning all the way out because a camper was so close beside it, they charge almost 800.00 for prep fees and this is where it gets bad, peanut delivered the camper took us when he delivered it he had to use a jump box to get the camper off of his truck because it had a bad battery, so peanut when and got a new battery, while he was gone I inspected the camper some more and noticed that the camper had a bad state inspection sticker, they are supposed to have a valid inspection sticker on before it’s sold, I called and spoke to the gm of camping world and he said someone would be by and put a state inspection sticker on the camper, when they come back to change the Jack because peanut also mentioned that it had a bad Jack, I told the gm that it was illegal to put a state inspection sticker on it in my driveway and the technician that puts the sticker on the camper and to be a licensed state inspector and he argued and denied the fact when I have a state inspector in my family who was on the phone while I was talking to the gm and the gm said well I just pick the camper up and you can cancel your contract. He was rude and very aggressive, so when the service guy came back to replace the Jack he had a inspection sticker to put on the camper and he said he was uncomfortable doing it because it was illegal and my wife was recording him to see if he would do it so we can turn it in to the state police. So that service man towed it back to camping world, and peanut delivered it again.
We just got all the pieces for the generator they keep coming with the wrong pieces. They did refund me the prep fee.
Overall it was a terrible experience the sales lady, peanut and the other 2 technicians were great
I will never buy anything else from camping world
