  The Autozones in Newport News Virginia are fantastic! Always willing to change my battery out for me. The one in Williamsburg Virginia said they were not able to change my battery and I would have to do it myself even though Autozone had always done it. Glad to keep using the Newport News location and the employees are very nice! 100% will always keep going here and recommend anyone else to use those locations :)

  Went to this location and this as by far been the worst AutoZone experience that I have had. I went there on March 21st in the morning, and there was a elderly gentleman there he not only hesitated when I asked him for the courtesy scan for my engine check light but when he went to my vehicle he did not insert the car properly and I kept saying to him I don't think it is inserted properly instead of verifying all he did was to say that the vehicle is not registering the scan and that I need to take it to the dealer. This was totally wrong because I went to the AutoZone on Jefferson and all the gentleman did was to Simply plug it in the car accident and the scan worked so this location at Warwick they need to check themselves and make sure that the customers are treated right and don't be afraid to seek guidance because I am pretty sure someone there at the store knows how to operate the scanner machine. Otherwise the store seem clean what does staff there are two informal I don't get that Professional Service this is not the only time but even otherwise the staff there are very unprofessional
