  I visited AutoZone to return a part that I originally purchased online. Todd processed the return, but I noticed the refund amount was less than what I paid. When I brought this to his attention and showed my receipt, he stated there was a core charge. I explained that I did not pay any core charge, as the purchase was made online. He then directed me to another store for a different part. It was clear that the refund issued was incorrect. I returned to the store approximately 15 minutes later, but Todd was no longer there. I was given the store manager Jake’s phone number. Unfortunately, during our conversation, he was dismissive, unprofessional, and ultimately hung up on me. As of now, I have still not received the correct refund, and I have contacted corporate to escalate this matter. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability regarding an error made by your staff. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled and will reconsider doing business with AutoZone in the future.

  I placed an order for pick up. The staff carried it to my car. I am elderly and that was so kind of him. Very nice employees work at this location. I appreciate them. Good customer service.
