  I needed an oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised that they were open on a Sunday. I swung in and asked for those particular things. The process was seamless. I was also very pleased and excited even to see that there were 4 women doing the majority of the work. I love to see women in areas where it’s typically men. I would return for that alone! Strong work! Love to see it! Pleased with the service received.

  Why am I reminding these guys to check my air pressure and telling them the psi? I mean I know the answer but they are the ‘professionals’. I guess I’m also not considered a repeat customer since I was just entered as a temp in their system and wasn’t even offered a receipt. I had to ask for one. It was nice the manager came over and asked if I was doing OK. The customer next to me got the full inspection - lights, wipers, etc. I didn’t get any of that. Oh well. Back to Jiffy Lube in Deer Run. I wonder if Jimmy still works there? And my transmission isn’t a sealed system. Too bad I can’t leave half a star.

  Great experience at Volvrune! Shaun, the manager and crew Leo , very knowledgeable and clearly explained the service and why my oil level had burned down. The oil change was fast—about 20 minutes max—and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend for quick, professional, and informative service!
