  1. Tech did not ck everything they said they did & I had to regather complete cking tire pressure & all fluids. 2. Sign says there’s an extra surcharge due to increased oil prices when prices have come down. 3. $116 for a synthetic oil change of 4.5 quarts & 9 mins of service if ridiculous. This will be my last service here. 😔

  went and got an oil change this morning and everything was great! Chris, Laith,Tony and Wyatt were awesome and very friendly and explained everything in great detail. Will definitely be back because of these guys!! great experience.

  Rayne and the entire team were absolutely exceptional! I came in with an issue with my skid plate, and they went above and beyond to help me out and remove it for me at no charge. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They made what could’ve been a stressful situation quick and easy, and I genuinely appreciate the level of customer service I received. It’s rare to come across a team that takes such good care of their customers without trying to upsell or charge for every little thing. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you, Rayne and team! 10/10 experience!

  Visited for a significantly overdue oil change. Apparently the last time was November 2025, yikes. Good thing it didn’t negatively impact anything this time. My car was serviced by Chris, Josue, Eric, and Tony. They did safety checks for brakes, lights and turn signals. They advised I needed a new air filter which was the same recommendation last time however they don’t have it in stock which was the same issue last time as well. Overall, quick, easy and a good service experience. I would definitely return for the convenience!

  I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and professional from start to finish. They communicated clearly throughout the entire service, explained what they were checking and why, and answered my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured into additional services. What impressed me most was how efficient they were. There was virtually no wait time, and the entire process was quick and organized without sacrificing quality or customer service. This is exactly the type of experience that makes me feel confident returning for future service. Excellent customer service all around!
