  I refuse to go anywhere else for my oil changes. They are quick, efficient, and polite. I like that they will also explain what and why they are doing something when I ask. As I am sure they get that a lot, I always appreciate that they do answer and seem to enjoy being there.

  I have been a customer of this location for years, and this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and left with a vehicle that was smoking heavily, stalling, and ultimately had to be towed. They literally overfill oil in my car, and it went through my engine and turbo When I raised concerns, I was initially told the oil level was not the issue. Only after I continued to push for answers was the oil checked again and an overfill discovered. What should have been a simple oil change turned into days of stress, a claim, a tow, and uncertainty about my vehicle. To make matters worse, I had to call for updates myself because communication was poor. Customers should not have to fight to have their concerns taken seriously after a vehicle is damaged immediately following service. I trusted this location for years. After this experience, I would not recommend it to anyone.

  On dec 22 2025 I visited your shop. The topside Bre inserted a plastic tube to put oil in and a piece broke off. I was told don't worry about it the manager seemed to convey that I shouldnt be concerned. I still have a piece of the tube that I asked the manager to give you me for evidence of what is sitting in my oil pan. . I need my oil changed. Are you going to pay for me to take this to an auto shop to have my oil pan taken off to get the pkastic tube out? How am I going to get my oil changed now ? Please respond. I have also sent an email to customer service.

  Went to the Valvoline down the road but they were not able to help me so they called this location and confirmed they had the filter for my car and the ac checker was working. They could help with both. I arrived and Michael was very professional and helpful. He checked to see if he thought it was my AC compressor or they could charge it.. luckily it was ok and they could charge it. I will know for sure this weekend if that was the fix but either way I appreciate his honest and kind demeanor.

  Honestly pulled up to all 3 lanes full with an extra car. They were so efficient I was in quicker than I expected I could say even surprised! I had my dog with me and she loved to be able to stay with me and hang with the staff as well. 5 star staff as well 10/10 recommend! I only write good reviews when deserved! And I only write good reviews in general! Shout out to Cameron for the help!
