  Korey at the front desk treated me like family the moment I walked in, Tommy in the back communicated all current and arising problems of my vehicle. I was in and out in no time. I recommend you come here for good pricing and even better service. Not out to get your money but out to get you back on the road. 10/10 my new one stop shop!

  I received excellent service from Korey, the manager (sorry, Im bad at remembering names) and the mechanics at the Hull st. location. When retrieving my car, I had an enlighting chat about the nature of State Inspection Certification. I have always received good service from NTB locations, but I may have found a new favorite.

  I went to the NTB on Midlothian Turnpike for inspections for 2 vehicles on May 2nd & both cars needed a few things repaired. I got those things straightened out but when I called to come back the inspector had left. So I reach out to George at this location & he was more than willing to help me out with the reinspection! George, Korey, and the inspector (I'm SO sorry I didn't get his name!) were all awesome & got me all squared away for both vehicles!

  I have to give a huge shoutout to Korey and George these two are absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I was helped, it was clear that they are the definition of excellent service. Their professionalism and positive energy made the entire experience so enjoyable. Korey and George went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their customer service is truly outstanding they are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about every single person they help. You can feel it in everything they do. The staff here is amazing, but Korey and George are truly a cut above. These are exactly the kind of people that make you want to come back again and again. And trust me I am definitely coming back!   I had a great experience at National Tire & Battery. I had an issue with my SUV, and the team took care of it quickly and professionally. They were friendly, honest, and made sure everything was secure before I left. It’s hard to find places that genuinely care about helping customers, but this location definitely did. I really appreciated their kindness, fast service, and attention to detail. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable auto service!
