  I had an excellent experience with Korey, Jorge, and the entire staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive. They took the time to explain the services my vehicle needed and made sure all of my questions were answered. My vehicle received an oil change, brake system flush, and tire rotation, and everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and excellent communication from Korey, Jorge, and the entire team. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality vehicle service. Thank you for a job well done!

  I haven't been to a shop in a long time where I didnt feel cheated or taken advantage of but coming here made me feel confident and like family I can trust. Korey was so super amazing! I would recommend this place just because of him. He talked and walked me through everything. He went above and beyond to make sure my car and myself were safe on the road!. I whole heartedly recommend this place every has been nice and I also had Matt working on my car and he was also good and showed me the issues on my vehicle.

  Absolutely fantastic service, it's rare to find people you can trust with your vehicle.. George is an absolute gem, we've brought our car to him for years now and recommend everybody we know do the same. This last trip, also had the pleasure of meeting Korey at the front desk, who was absolutely kind and professional. The folks here are very honest and trustworthy.

  I remember coming to this location about a month ago & thats where I met Malvo the angry. Malvo was rude from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. You could feel the evilness oozing out of his pores. His energy is very bad. I told him what I needed done & he had the nerve to ask me what kind of engine I had as if thats my job. I told them I needed a tire patched or replaced & they told me nothing was wrong with it but guess what I'm still dealing with a leaking tire. That dude Malvo is demonic & I won't return to this location or recommend it to anyone because of him.

  I am most appreciative of my first experience at NTB! Upon entering the lobby, I was warmly greeted and felt welcomed by Korey. After the previous customer checked out, I was able to share my reasons for my visit and ask questions. Korey was very knowledgeable and later introduced me to George who would be servicing my vehicle. Periodically, George would give me service updates as well as service recommendations with no added pressure. Both Korey and George were straightforward and made me feel very comfortable in my decision making. Lastly, I would like to thank Tommy. While I did not meet him in person, I briefly observed him as having a friendly demeanor. Going forward, I will definitely feel comfortable using this NTB location on Hull St. Road near Genito to service my car. P.S. Service time exceeded my expectations.
