I honestly appreciate the way Mr. Jimmy and his team handled everything from start to finish. They took the time to look over my car carefully, explained what was going on, and made sure the issue was corrected the right way. Mr. Jimmy was professional, respectful, and treated me like more than just another customer walking through the door. You can tell he cares about the quality of work his team puts out and making sure customers leave satisfied. The staff was friendly, worked together well, and kept me updated throughout the process which meant a lot after dealing with the stress from the previous location. It’s hard to find places now that really stand behind their work and take care of people the right way, but this location did exactly that. My car is running great now and I’m thankful for the time and effort they put into helping me. Big thanks to Mr. Jimmy and the whole team at store #1698 for making things right and providing excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing their vehicle serviced. Thanks sir!
