  I dropped my car off overnight for a state inspection, not realizing the business had recently changed ownership. Scott called me the next day to go over the inspection results, and he was professional, honest, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the staff greeted me warmly, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. The facility was also clean and well maintained. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning for future service.

  Ferber’s were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return for my car needs and tell my family, friends and co-workers. It was such a positive experience.

  Their customer service is good but boy are they super expensive. Over $100 for an oil change. The dealership charges less than these guys do.

  I was very pleased with the service I received. Life happens and I forgot to get my state inspection before it expired, and they were able to fit me in same day so I could go on my family day trip the next day. Then when my driver's side window regulator broke later that week, not only were they able to fix it in less than a day, but they also offered a loaner car so I didn't to fiddle with a booster seat in an Uber.

  I can't say enough good things about Ferber Auto & Tire! I needed a last-minute inspection on Friday, and they were able to get me in quickly. They let me know one of my lights needed to be replaced and got me scheduled first thing Monday morning so I could get everything taken care of before court later this week. What really stood out to me was that I had an engine air filter I bought myself and was planning to install at home. Since they already had the hood open, they went ahead and put it in for me at no charge. It was such a small thing, but it really showed that they care about their customers. Scott was incredibly helpful, friendly, and honest throughout the whole process. It's hard to find a shop you feel comfortable trusting, but this place definitely earned my business. Highly recommend!
