  Called for the first time with dead battery. They were very helpful and courteous. They ordered a new battery and installed. I was in and out the same day with their quick response.Very pleased!!

  We will definitely be bringing our car back for service to Ferbers Tire & Auto. I made a mistake and scheduled my appointment at a different location but when I showed up Mark and Alan still assured me they could get us in for same day service despite my error. My car was taken care of, their techs didn't leave any type of mess and while they did call with additional service recommendations they did not try to forcefully "sell" my anything more than what we brought it in for. Everyone was polite and the facility was clean. We will be back for the additional recommendations they made very soon!

  I felt the staff was professional. I noticed the shop is also very clean while waiting for my inspection and I was taken care of and finished even quicker than planned.

  I have used the Midlothian location for all of my cars and I am very excited that the Hull street location is now open. They are always very thorough and make sure that my car is performing the way it needs to for long drives and reliability!
