  I had my battery replaced but there was a missing piece - had it looked at Costco and they advised me to go to Express Oil Change. Talked with the gentleman named Wayne. He was very friendly and accommodating. He had his guys take a look and they had the piece needed and set me complimentary. I really appreciated this kind gesture. I normally have my car serviced at the dealership but now that I know they do all auto repairs here they’ve found themselves a new customer. Thank you to Wayne and his team for an outstanding job.   I’ve been coming to Express Oil Change for about two years, and once again I’ve a received excellent service. Wayne is very professional and welcoming. What I appreciate most is the honesty and transparency, compared to what I was told elsewhere, especially as someone who doesn’t know much about mechanics. I feel confident that I’m getting truthful advice and quality service every time. Two thumbs up 👍👍 to Wayne and the team for treating everyone with respect and making customers feel welcome.   Wayne was absolutely awesome! I went in for an state inspection and he found the issue I had been wondering about for sometime. He gave me great recommendations to fix the issue which is a part that I need thats on back order everywhere! Overall he was extremely helpful and I would go back over and over again if needed.💕

  I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the work received regarding my wife’s vehicle. Mr Hinmon, listened to my concerns and answered the call to ensure we had a vehicle that was safe for road travel and confirmed all repairs were met with a cost efficient resolve.   I came in to get my car door handle fixed and my car inspected, and my tire pressure light had turned on as I was pulling in. I let the person who brought me in know and he checked that prior to the inspection. Since I had gotten all four of my tires replaced with them a year ago, they fixed it for free and rotated my tires for free as well which I really appreciated. After the inspection they found something wrong with my engine that wasn’t causing it to fail inspection but could cause future problems. I was really appreciative of Wayne for being up front with me and letting me know that it wasn’t worth my money to fix and instead to start looking into new cars soon. Rather than trying to pull more money out of me they gave me the cheapest fixes they could and Wayne took time to give me advice about the best cars to look into for my money. I appreciate how personable they are here and plan to continue to come back.
