  I visit my granddaughter from out of state, and have rented from this location twice. Everyone's been polite, friendly, and kind. I called to extend a day and also received excellent service. Thank you to all of your wonderful employees. See you soon.

  I made a reservation for 10:00 AM several weeks in advance, so I was extremely disappointed to arrive and find that a vehicle was not available for me. What made the experience more frustrating was the complete lack of communication. At no point before my reservation or while I was waiting was I informed that there was no vehicle available or given an estimated timeframe. After waiting for approximately an hour, another customer returned a vehicle. When I asked how much longer it might be before my car was ready, I was told, “Oh, that’s your car right there.” The vehicle had just been returned and still needed to be cleaned and detailed before I could receive it, resulting in an even longer delay. The location was not busy at the time and appeared to have several vehicles in the parking lot. I understand that vehicle availability can sometimes change unexpectedly, but if a reserved vehicle is not available or if there is no option to swap me into another vehicle then I would expect that to be communicated. A simple phone call, text, or even an explanation when I arrived would have allowed me to make other arrangements rather than sitting and waiting without any information. When a customer makes a reservation weeks in advance for a specific pickup time, there should be a reasonable expectation that a vehicle will be available or, at minimum, that the customer will be proactively notified if the reservation cannot be fulfilled on time. The lack of communication and customer service throughout this experience was unacceptable and caused an unnecessary inconvenience. Will have to look at switching our corporate account to a different agency as this makes traveling for work difficult. Have had this issue several times with Enterprise.
