  I had to rent a car for several days while mine was being serviced. This Enterprise was suggested by a friend who had used it in the past for car rental. The person I contacted by phone was very pleasant and provided the information I needed to bring with me, etc. On arriving at the Enterprise store I was greeted by Dequan (sp.?) immediately and told he would be with me after finishing with his current customer. Elias (sp.?) helped me in the meantime, explaining the levels of cars available along with prices and "add- ons". He helped me to decide what car I needed and then Dequan took over. Car insurance options and gasoline level on returning the car were explained and car checked for previous damage etc. In a few minutes my rental was ready for me. The whole process was quick, thorough, and "painless." Everyone was very helpful and polite. I returned the car a day early and again the process was smooth and quick. I would definitely rent from here again! Great experience! PS I had to call once while renting the car to find out how to go through the toll stations. Elias was again very helpful and made sure I knew my options on what to do. 🙂

  Called to get some basic info on my rental car (two days before the reservation) and got terrible customer service from the store manager. The manager was clearly disgruntled and was not interested in helping. When I pushed for clear info on pick up and vehicle type he gave me one word unclear answers. When I asked for more information he applied a power trip, canceling my reservation and causing issue with my travel. Worst service I have seen and clearly an addittude detrimental to a customer service facing business.

  The staff are good people that are at the mercy of a horrible system. This is the second time I’ve reserved a specific size vehicle and arrived day of pickup to be told they do not have any onsite. The online application is clearly not synced with the individual locations. It even allows you to select a 12PM pickup, when the actual location closes at 12. If I had not arrived early, I would have missed my window to get any vehicle. The first time I tried to pickup a confirmed reservation, there were no cars at all. This past visit I needed something that would hold 6 people for a 14 hour drive to Florida and that is what my confirmed reservation showed. The staff was apologetic and offered up a 5 passenger vehicle, which I accepted but my family had to take two cars for our trip. It was shared that the only more reliable way to get the type of vehicle you need is to select the airport location, which means a 45 minute drive for me. My hope is to never have to use Enterprise again, but if left with no choice apparently the airport is the only option.
