  These guys are so awesome!! They're super knowledgable, very efficient and so reasonably priced. And they treat their customers like family with no pressured upselling but making sure you fix what you need to be safe. If you need tires or something diagnosed, choose these honest, hardworking folks - you'll be so glad you did!

  Used various Allen tire locations for all of my vehicle maintenance over the years and they always treat us right. Tonight I noticed a nail in a tire on my way out of town and showed up right before close. Caleb and the technicians were almost ready to leave for the evening but stopped everything to get my tire patched up and ready for travel in about 15 minutes. Just one example of many for why I trust Allen tire with my vehicles. Thanks Caleb and crew!

  They are amazing here. I needed a Virginia State Inspection on 5/1 and no one would do for me until the upcoming Monday or until the Monday after but even with a busy schedule they fit me in. I am extremely grateful. Also have exceptional customer service. Would absolutely recommend.

  If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I came in this afternoon because my car started driving weird on my way home from work. They fit me in right away to run a diagnostic, and they were able to get me back on the road within a very short time and for a very reasonable price. Everyone in the shop was courteous and friendly. This is an honest, reliable, and knowledgeable shop, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  I had such a great experience at Allen Tire on Hull Street today! Even though my appointment didn’t sync into their system, they still went above and beyond to accommodate me without any hassle. James and Paul were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The service was quick, smooth, and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I left feeling confident and at ease about my car and any future repairs. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be coming back for all of my future car needs. Thank you again, James and Paul!
