- AJAshley Jenkins5 days ago1.0I was a paying member and experienced multiple occasions where this location was closed when I attempted to use the service as recent as 8/25/26. When I went inside looking for a manager, a dog at the business jumped on me and no one ever came to the front desk to assist me. As a customer, I found that situation inappropriate and concerning from a safety standpoint. Since I wasn’t able to speak to anyone at the location, and no one was answering the phone, I reached out to customer service through email. When I raised legitimate concerns about paying for a membership while the location was repeatedly unavailable and the safety concerns of a being jumped on by a dog, my membership was canceled and no one contacted me to rectify the situation. I believe paying members deserve reliable access to the services they are being charged for and that customer concerns should be addressed professionally rather than resulting in cancellation.
