  The staff here are always friendly and never overly pushy with getting additional services done. They are informative and no matter how hot it gets, they have never tried to rush my oil change! I have also seen management provide staff with cold Gatorades when it’s really hot. Just shows how much they care about their staff which in turn keeps staff motivated to care for my vehicle. Don’t take my word for it, just find out for yourself!!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline getting my oil changed. Tom provided excellent customer service and was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Tom!

  Wonderful service! Alice was very helpful and amicable and kept me informed of everything everyone was doing at all times. Kevin, the manager, came to see me before leaving to make sure everything was done correctly and was involved with the process itself. Very hands on and extremely welcoming. The suggested some items and pointed out others to keep an eye on, but were never pushy about selling me anything. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who did most of the work, but he was very thorough and did a wonderful job. I will be back for sure.

  I originally brought my vehicle to Valvoline for a routine oil change. After the oil change was completed, I was informed that Valvoline was offering a special on a transmission fluid service/flush. Because the price was reasonable and I trusted that the service would be performed properly, I agreed to have it completed. Approximately 60–70 miles after leaving Valvoline, my vehicle began experiencing significant transmission problems and would no longer accelerate beyond a certain speed. There had been no check-engine light warning me of an issue prior to this occurring or after. I contacted my extended-warranty provider, and the vehicle was eventually towed to Sheehy Nissan for diagnosis. During the warranty company's investigation, the dealership technician was required to inspect and disassemble the transmission on approximately three separate occasions. I was ultimately advised that the transmission fluid was extremely low and that this had resulted in significant internal transmission damage. I was also advised of a transmission judder-related code/condition. Unfortunately, my extended-warranty company denied the repair based upon the findings concerning the transmission fluid condition. By that point, my vehicle had undergone extensive diagnosis and disassembly at the dealership, leaving me with very limited options. I ultimately had to pay approximately $8,000 for a replacement transmission. I subsequently filed a claim with Valvoline because the transmission problem occurred shortly after Valvoline performed the transmission fluid service. I was disappointed to learn that my claim would not be covered because I had not taken my vehicle to a repair facility selected by Valvoline. When the vehicle failed, I contacted my extended-warranty company and followed the process they instructed me to follow. As a customer who is not a mechanic, I believed that was the appropriate and responsible thing to do.
