  Shoutout to Dusty for providing such amazing customer service! He was handsome, polite, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and did it all with a smile. It's rare to find someone who truly enjoys helping people, and it definitely shows. I'll be looking for Dusty's bay the next time I come in. Great service deserves to be recognized—thank you for making the experience such a positive one! Also, thank you to Lucas for helping out. He cleaned my windshield and had a smile too.

  I just wanted to asked a question in the morning outside and no one can talk to me before 8 am, they just looked at me and then after 8 am somebody told me that they cannot do the safety inspection! I felt so disappointed and disrespected. Not professional at all! At the police department, we treat people with respect!

  It’s my second time here, and I’ve had a great experience both times. Tom helped me on both visits, and he is a really nice guy. Overall, the service is 5 stars. They work quickly, and if you’re in a rush but still looking for excellent service, this is the place to go! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I moved to the area not long ago so I’ve been trying to find a fair shop to get services for my vehicle. This was one of the first places I came to and all of the staff were kind, respectful, and provided detailed knowledge of the service! Kody was our provider during our time here, and Dusty was a huge help as well! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area for services and oil changes. Thank you again, Kody!

  I came to Express Oil for a simple oil change this past winter — mostly because I didn't want to deal with laying on cold concrete to do it myself. That decision cost me more than I bargained for. The technicians stripped two of the bolts holding my underbody engine tray in place. Rather than attempting to properly extract them, they simply bent the tray out of the way to access the drain bolt. This left my engine tray damaged and improperly secured. To make matters worse, they never replaced the aluminum cover for the oil filter before returning my car. What should have been a routine, 15-minute service turned into a situation where I left with my car in worse shape than when I arrived. This is the kind of careless work that erodes trust in any shop. I won't be returning, and I'd strongly caution others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here.
