I’ve been to this place a few time for an oil change and a couple of those times, Dusty has taken care of me. He is always very polite and very upfront about everything he’s noticed and has done to my car. He was even very patient with me the first time I was there since I’d only gone to get my oil changed by someone only once before. I believe him to be a wonderful gentleman and employee. I hope that when I come back, he’s there to take care of my car.

On Aug 29th, I rolled in pressed for time and Dusty greeted me with a smile and told me to pull on in. He was courteous and thorough. Water was offered, my oil was changed, fluids checked, safety check was completed and I was advised on the status of my air filter, tires and a light that was out. This was all done within 15 minutes and I was on my way. Dusty provided great customer service with a smile. I am big on good customer service as I am a manager if a customer service department myself and he did an excellent job!

I was in Home Depot's parking lot and my car wouldn't start.. I walked to Express to try and get a jump to see if the battery was the issue.. Met a young man by the name of Dusty. He brought his jumper cables and walked back to Home Depot.. Sure enough, it started.. He asked me to drive over and he would check the battery and starter.. I bought a new battery that was in stock and had it installed in no time! Dusty was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. Went out of his way to help.. I highly recommend this place!! Be sure to ask for Dusty! Thanks Again!
